Expect a local feel with everyday conveniences close by, plus straightforward access for day trips across East Lancashire. For fresh air, the Leeds & Liverpool Canal runs through the area and offers an easy option for towpath walks. By car, Pendle Hill and the surrounding countryside make a popular nearby escape.
Getting around
Road links: The M65 is close for fast routes west towards Blackburn and Preston, or east towards Colne and Skipton (Skipton is around a 25-minute drive in typical conditions).
Train: Brierfield railway station is on the East Lancashire Line with services towards Burnley/Accrington/Blackburn/Preston and towards Colne. Burnley is very quick by train (around 4 minutes to Burnley Central).
Buses: Frequent local buses are available.
Airports: Manchester Airport is roughly 37 miles away and typically around 1 hour by car.
Parking: Free street parking is available near the house.

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
