This ideally situated three-bedroom guest apartment occupies the entire top floor of a two-storey home with entry being straight from the carport, accommodating up to six guests with a maximum of five adults. It boasts an expansive inground swimming pool, perfect for days of relaxation by the water, complemented by fully ducted air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Ascending the stairs to this coastal retreat, you'll be greeted by a spacious verandah offering sunset views, overlooking the glistening pool and treetops of the Bay with distant water views. Inside, a contemporary fully appointed kitchen awaits with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, electric cooking, family size refrigerator with freezer, and microwave as well as a front loader washing machine. The dining area is perfect for family gatherings and leads to a comfy lounge area with balcony access.

The master and the second bedrooms feature queen-sized beds with ceiling fans, while the third bedroom is equipped with single-sized bunk beds, ideal for kids. The sleek, modern bathroom boasts a double-sized shower, toilet, vanity, plus a second separate toilet.

Savour your morning coffee by the pool amidst the gardens, feeling the breeze from the pool-side alfresco area, or gather the family for a barbecue while dipping your feet in the refreshing salt water. (f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
