With room for up to nine guests, this idyllic escape offers four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living areas. The main house has three bedrooms upstairs with the main bedroom having an ensuite with shower and toilet, each bedroom boasts a unique charm that ensures serene slumber after days filled with sunshine and adventure. The main bathroom is also located upstairs and has a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet and sink.
Not suitable for children on their own as only has external access - Downstairs with external access only from the main house you will discover a large bedroom housing a King bed, Single bed and Sofa Bed for the children that want to be close to their parents at night, this area also has a separate living area with a huge Smart TV, Pool Table, dart board and bathroom providing a shower and toilet â perfect for the larger family wanting their own space, or perfect for a group that are looking to have open fun filled spaces.
Take advantage of the air conditioning systems with reverse cycle capabilities, ensuring your comfort year-round. Little ones will delight in the nearby playground, while adults might enjoy a quick game on the onsite pool table. Located only 950 metres walking distance to Dâalbora Marina and Nelson Bay Foreshore, and a quick two-minute drive to Dutchmanâs Beach which is popular for its calm waters, grassy picnic and BBQ facilities, or if you would like to take your dog along for a dip, the dog friendly Bagnall's Beach is not far down the road, Government House also promises access to small boat parking - perfect for seafaring guests.
