If the property is booked last minute and the beds have already been made up after the previous stay, we regret we are unable to unmake and remake to different configurations and beds will be presented as per the website description text.

This property is in a strata complex, guests may not park in common driveway areas – there a 1 spot in the garage and 1 spot directly in front of Unit 2 that is numbered. Please be mindful to park only in the allocated parking spot.

No BBQ is available at this property.

Pets are NOT permitted at this property.

Wi-Fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with Asap but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
