As soon as you enter via the side entrance of the property, you will be amazed at the relaxed, open space and inclusions that are offered in this studio apartment. The kitchen provides a bar fridge with small freezer, two portable hot plates, microwave, and Convection Oven. The Grafton has a comfortable Queen bed, split system air conditioner, Smart Tv and Wi-Fi. There is also a renovated bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity provided.
The property has parking for one vehicle on the grass area out the front and a private fenced off casual sitting area. There is 2 burner gas BBQ so you can cook your favourite fish or steak.
