There are 2 private bedrooms with queen-size beds. There is a semi private sleeping area in the loft with a full size sofa bed. The loft is semi-private because the wall partitions are glass panels (these can be covered by a blanket for more privacy). The loft is well removed from other areas of the house. The other semi private sleeping area is in the basement, again set off from the rest of the basement. This has a super comfortable queen size sofa bed.



Two queen-size air mattresses are available to sleep any additional guests.

There are only two bathrooms so more than two couples must share. The en suite master bathroom contains a Jacuzzi bathtub and an oversized dual-head, walk-in second bathroom is located on the first floor easily assessable from the living room and second bedroom. Luxury linens, organic towels, toiletries, and hair dryers are provided.
