Enjoy this 3-story custom cabin in Pisgah Preserve, a private gated community minutes from Lake James. Vistas of mountain ranges are visible from every window and the wrap around deck.

Upon entering the cabin, you’re welcomed by a two-story wall of windows that seamlessly bring nature inside. A comfortable living area with gas fireplace and large TV with surround sound waits for your cozy gatherings for movie night. The well-appointed kitchen and dining area have every modern amenity you could need to make your favorite dishes. Enjoy your meals at the inside table or dine al fresco at the outdoor table or on one of the multiple picnic tables on the property.

On the main floor is the first primary bedroom with a queen-size bed and full-size bunk beds, and adjoining full bath and walk-in closet. The powder room in the hall includes a closet with washer and dryer, which are available for you to use.

Walk upstairs to the loft and enjoy the views from yet another vantage point! The loft features an exercise area and a workstation in case you need to be productive. Enjoy the lightning fast Starlink internet. Down the hall is the second primary bedroom with king bed and full bath, featuring a luxurious walk-in shower.

The basement is an ideal kid space, combining comfort, entertainment, and fun. The game room has a foosball table, checkers and chess table, large TV, electric fireplace, and a murphy bed for even more sleeping options. A bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunks, and another full bathroom complete this level. Walk out to the patio for a game of giant Jenga or ring toss.

The outdoor space is where this cabin really shines! Relax on the deck with your morning coffee while listening to the birds, read a book in the hammock, catch a game on the outdoor TV while relaxing on the sofa, grill up some dinner on one of the three grills, or roast marshmallows and stargaze at the fire pavilion.

Entertainment is top-notch with 5 TVs throughout the cabin. Login to your favorite streaming service, so you never miss your favorite shows or movies.

Guest access
During your stay, you will have access to the entire cabin, offering you a comfortable home away from home. Please note, the garage is not accessible to guests. The gate code and keypad code will be sent to you at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Lake James Marina and Lake James public beach for swimming are minutes away, granting you access to fishing, boating, or simply soaking in the scenic views. Nearby hiking and mountain biking trails are endless, including the scenic Fonta Flora Loop in Lake James State Park and Shortoff Mountain at the edge of Linville Gorge. After your outdoor adventures, unwind at Fonta Flora's brewery at Whippoorwill Farm, a mere 5 minutes away, and savor refreshing craft beers and gourmet pizzas.

Local attractions: For those who want to explore outside of Nebo, the charming mountain towns of Morganton and Marion are a close drive away and are filled with delightful shops and restaurants. Drive north to Linville Caverns and Linville Falls, Grandfather Mountain, and skiing and tubing resorts. Asheville, featuring the Biltmore Estate, is less than an hour west.
