The house features three bedrooms, two doubles and one single. There are two small workspaces in the upper double and lower single bedroom plus extra monitor. Well equipped open-plan kitchen with indoor dining table and living area with smart TV and an acoustic guitar.



There is free private parking on site. The house is ideally located between Plaka beach and Naxos town: 1 minute drive to the beach, 7 minutes into town, 10 minutes to the port and 5 minutes to the airport. It is the perfect place to avoid the crowds but still close to the action and it serves as a base for exploring the island and keeping the whole family happy.

The home features two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, along with two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families or small groups. Its open-plan kitchen and lounge create an easy flow between cooking, dining, and relaxation, complete with a refrigerator, stove, espresso machine, and smart TV. A dedicated desk space offers comfort for work or quiet reflection.

Outside, a newly added terrace extends living into the landscape: a shaded dining area with built-in seating, a summer kitchen with sink and barbecue, and a tranquil garden of herbs and native plants. Two outdoor showers capture the essence of island life — spontaneous, refreshing, and connected to nature. Cool off in the private swimming pool and watch the setting sun after a day of touring.
