The middle floor is a spacious 80 m2 living room, with different atmospheres including a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a relaxation area next to a large and cosy fireplace, and a corner dedicated to entertainment with television.
Outside, the patio, accessible from different parts of the house, extends over 300 m2 and includes a 24 m2 swimming pool that promises to be the centre of leisure and relaxation days.
