Bedroom Layout:

Primary Bedroom: Features a new premium adjustable king-size mattress, a quiet work desk, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with his-and-her sinks.

Second & Third Bedrooms: Each offers a new adjustable queen mattress, comfortably accommodating four guests.

Fourth Bedroom: Includes a new bunk bed with new mattresses, perfect for three guests.

Guest Access

You will have private access to the entire home during your stay. This includes a 1-car garage for your personal use and the fully fenced backyard, providing a safe space for children and approved pets to play.

The Neighborhood

Our home is nestled in an established Navarre neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac, offering a peaceful escape while keeping you close to everything. You are just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and the stunning Navarre Beach.

Beach Access: A quick 10-minute drive (with light traffic) takes you to the Navarre Beach parking lot, pier, and white sandy shores—only 2.5 miles away!

Local Dining: Enjoy popular restaurants like Cactus Flower Cafe, Dewey Destin’s, and The Shrimp Basket, all within a 6-minute drive.

Nearby Attractions: Visit the sea turtle rescue (less than 3 miles away) or the local zoo. For more adventure, explore The Gulf Islands National Seashore (18 miles) or the heart of Destin (23 miles).

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we highlight the following information. Please read this carefully before booking.

PETS

All pets must be pre-approved by the owner. Pet fees are not included in the booking price and will be added after the reservation is confirmed.

Pet Fees: For one small pet, the fee is $20/night ($50 minimum), $125/week, or $250 for two weeks or longer. Fees for medium breeds are double. A second pet may be considered with a separate fee determined by the owner.

No puppies are allowed.

All dogs must be crated when left unattended inside the home.

Please clean up after your dog in the yard.



FURNITURE

To maintain the home's condition, please do not move the furniture. A fee may be incurred if furniture must be moved back to its original position.



SECURITY

For your safety, security cameras are located on the exterior front of the home and inside the garage.



LONG-TERM STAYS

For stays of 21 days or longer, mandatory biweekly cleanings are required at a cost of $60 per clean. These are typically scheduled for Saturday mornings, but timing can be discussed.
