Snowbird Season runs from November through February on a monthly basis. February is only available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

This spacious 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 bunk rooms, and a sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom for added privacy. The second floor features a great room with a gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen, a large sectional in the living room, and a dining area with balcony access. Upstairs on the third floor, you'll find the master suite and two additional bedrooms, as well as a second family room with balcony access.

Serendipity Cottage has everything you need for an unforgettable stay, including 2 laundry rooms, 2 family rooms, 2 water heaters, and 2 A/C units for optimal comfort. Outside, enjoy a private pool, Traeger pellet grill, outdoor dining space, and beach essentials. Free Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and updated appliances complete this incredible home. Navarre Beach is a quaint beach community found just east of Pensacola and boasts 12 miles of sugar-white shoreline. Tucked between the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach Marine Park, this beach community offers solitude and simplicity, far from crowded theme parks and packed beaches. You will find solitude and simplicity for sun-seekers, families, outdoor adventurers, nature lovers, and water sports enthusiasts. Navarre’s pristine beaches are named among the best in the nation year after year. Visitors can sun on the beach, swim in emerald waters, enjoy a picnic in the park, or pedal along a scenic bike path.

While you’re here be sure to visit the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center. Guests can learn all about sea turtles including local celebrity Sweet Pea, a rescued green sea turtle, and conservation education. Snorkel and shore divers will enjoy the beautiful Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary and artificial reef ideal for snorkeling and diving for any skill level.
