Could be a little cleaner, especially the headboard in the bedroom. No parking or pool passes in the unit. Called property manager Tonya who said she would drop some off. Never happened. She did say they usually don't check and we were never asked. Otherwise, Navarre a beach never disappoints. The property was great and had no issues.

Construction

Condo was clean and beautiful, however, the walkway to the beach was under construction the whole week we stayed. Nothing was mentioned about said construction before arrival. Construction noise started at 7:30 every morning and access to the beach was difficult
 my husband and I are in our 60’s and my husband has mobility issues, which is why we selected a condo with direct access to the beach, it was very disappointing

Relaxing week at the beach!

Absolutely loved Perrydise. The condo was spotless, well stocked, and as advertised. The views were amazing, and the heated pool was perfect for the kids when we couldn’t get in the ocean. Beds were comfortable and loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. Location was great and communication with property managers was easy. We would love to come back next year!

Not bad at all

We’ve stayed in several units at Emerald Surf over the years. There were areas of the condo that did not look or feel clean, like the showers, and things left under the bed. It was stocked with the bare minimum. The furniture was comfortable, but would love a chase lounge on the balcony.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was very nice with up to date decor. There were plenty of linens and room to move around. Only complaint was 2nd bedroom bed was not too comfortable, so we had to cut our trip short by a day due to my husband not getting any rest. There wasn't a whole lot of activities or places to eat nearby but if you are wanting to relax and cook from your room, this is the place for you. The owners are very pleasant and easy to get a hold of.

Emerald Surf Lovers

We have been staying at Emerald Surf for the last 18 years and never had any issues. This year, the unit that we chose had been updated per the pictures that were listed at booking - everything for the better except lacking in the kitchen utensils - measuring cups needed (which I picked up at Dollar Tree and left in the unit) blender did not work, had issues with the TV in the den and the mattress in the Master Bedroom was TOO SOFT. The overall unit was good, but the property was the worst that I have seen in the 18 years vacationing there. The pool area was in a mess the entire week, smelled of urine and one day there was a POOP sign posted and the staircase blocked off; however, never did see any management working on the pool or adding chemicals to the pool or officially shutting it down - just straightened the pool area and took the sign down. Staircase around the beach looked as though everyone was just dumping their unwanted items there; was not until the last day that someone had at least stacked the items in a pile so that you could walk up to the staircase without stepping over items. We LOVE Emerald Surf and recommend it to our friends; however after this last visit, I might need to reconsider... As a whole, the unit was fine and if I emailed about the unit, a response was received timely, but the upkeep of the property was below average and needs attention

Perfect location

The condo was in the perfect location, far enough away from the high rises to where the beach isn’t over crowded but still close to the causeway bridge. The unit was well maintained with tasteful decor. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was small, but not always crowded so still able to get some pool time in. We had a great time and will look to stay here again.

Heaven on the Beach

Perfect location. No crowds, no clutter, away from congestion yet convenient to necessary shopping. Very peaceful, just what we wanted. The pool was very nice and the beach access was perfect. The unit was well appointed with necessary items to make your stay comfortable. The only negative thing was the second bedroom had an uncomfortable bed.

This condo was Very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the views of the beach were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and beach access were great! We had a great week and will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

Perrydise for sure!

It definitely is Perrydise! As all the reviews say, the minute you walk in you smell freshness, clean. The unit is very nice and the view is tremendous! And the beds were the most comfortable. I need those at my house! Definitely will book this unit again!
