No Regrets - Summerwind 204E

The Inn at Summerwind 204E is a warmly decorated beachfront condo. The soothing interior offers comfort while the white sand beaches and emerald waters just beyond your balcony offer you a beautiful place to relax, play, and have "No Regrets".  Enjoy the convenience of a keypad entrance, complimentary WiFi and cable. The condo has two flat-screen TVs and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Ceiling fans are in both the living room and bedroom. The private balcony offers a place to enjoy your drink while you watch the sunrise, the fishermen on the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico and, just maybe, see a few dolphins!   The Summerwind Resort boasts 3 gulf front pools and hot tubs for guest's enjoyment! You are just a short walk away from a few restaurants on the beach. If you are feeling more active, bicycle and Jet Ski rentals are across the way at Juana's Pagodas in the Summer. Or go for a round at the Hidden Creek Golf Course, just north of us off of Scenic Highway 399. The paved pathway means you can walk, run, or bike and enjoy Navarre Beach's beautiful views. Navarre Beach State Park is to the East and Santa Rosa Sound to the north. Gulf Islands National Seashore is a short drive away with miles of bike and walking paths. Don't let this cozy 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom slip through your fingers! Book now and you'll have "No Regrets." **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

Property was located next to the Navarre fishing pier. My partner fished every day. Was out on the pier before sunrise. Condo was very clean and kitchen well stocked with dishes, casserole dishes, pots & pans, etc. Several sets of clean towels. My issue was the bed. I didn't realize the bed in the master was a full size. A little too cozy when you're used to a queen. First condo I've stayed in without a queen or king. Also the mattress was not very comfy.

Enjoyed a week at the beach at No Regrets. The condo was equipped with everything we could ask for. Right on the beach so we were able to enjoy morning coffee and a glass of wine while watching the surf.

Great trip

First time to Navarre and we plan to come back. A family of 4 with 6 and 3 year old, the room was perfect and perfect location as well. Directly beside the pier and Andy D's, easy walking distance. Everything in the condo was perfect, the layout was great. No complaints at all. Spoke to the manager a few times, there was an internet update that didnt interfere with us at all and then we had a broken chair we didnt notice the first night and it was replaced the next day. We recommend this unit to anyone and plan future trips to Navarre!

Excellent stay

We stayed for 3 nights and we really enjoyed out stay. Well stocked and well equipped. The beach was also not too crowded. Very nice beach for kids to enjoy in shallow waters.The only thing I would say and agree with other reviewers is that mattresses in entire condo does need to be upgraded. We had hard time sleeping in the bed, we were sinking in. Anyways that is all.We will return to this area and property again.

Gorgeous Place!!!

This condo unit had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay: beautifully decorated, very clean, very nice bedroom set, the view was amazing, more than enough towels, trash bags, paper towels etc., even laundry detergent to wash clothes! You can tell the owners put their heart and soul into this place! We even got a call not to long after we arrived to see if all was ok! Wow! That was nice. We fished everyday and loved being right next to pier! Parking was never a problem! Great to not have to pay to park. The elevator was convenient and easy access! The keyless entry was great to have instead of fumbling with a key or card. If I may say, the only real con was the bed kinda needs updated. Also the TV’s were confusing a tad. We ended up using YouTube for the livingroom and the bedroom we never did get it to work. Just would not load programs etc. so we never did get it to work. Younse did send someone but I think he said it only had prerecorded stuff like Netflix’s etc. we like live tv. Maybe we are just two old people that do t get it. But we ended up telling the guy they sent not to worry about it. BUT this is a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend coming to this unit.

Fabulous weekend!

This property is gorgeous and just like it’s listed! Stunning views, very clean. We arrived early on our check in day and the unit wasn’t ready but the management group provided us with parking pass and bracelets so we could go ahead and enjoy the beach. They let me know as soon as the unit was ready and we settled in. Everything was just as expected! Can’t wait to stay here again!
