Navarre Beach 123 Is a perfect place for a family of up to 6 to enjoy one of the last classic beach towns in Florida and relax. Located in the Gulf Island complex our guest can enjoy the pool or take a short 600 ft walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of Navarre. Enjoy all Navarre has to offer with longest fishing peer in the gulf coast and great food and shops nearby.

The space

Neighborhood description
Relaxing community on the island of Navarre Beach. Enjoy a community pool with a nice island breeze.

Once you arrive you will park at the first building on your right. After a short flight of stairs you will be at your vacation home. PLEASE NOTE THE BUILDINDS DO OT HAVE ELEVATORS.

Once settled in you will enjoy a balcony with a pool view and a peek of the bay and Gulf. Once checked in you will walk in to a welcoming beach stay with décor to put you in a island state of mind. Step onto your balcony, where you have beautiful views of the island with a peek of the gulf on the left and the bay to your right or enjoy the shimmer of the sun on the pool.

If you choose to hang out inside the condo you can pull up your favorite channels 4k 55" TV in the living room, and a 40" in the master bedroom. Log In with your account and enjoy Netflix, Sling, Hulu, Prime Video, CH+, Vudu, and Youtube and WiFi are provided.

Kitchen:
Like to cook? We have you covered providing a fully stocked kitchen. You will enjoy a coffee maker both drip and Keurig to get your day started. If you want to make a quick lunch pop some of your favorites in the air fryer. Maybe you have hit the of your day and want to relax with a frozen libation, no problem throw some ice and your favorite ingredients into the ninja auto iQ and set sail for Margaritaville.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Once you have enjoyed all the area has to offer you will need to recharge for another full day of all Navarre has to offer. In the master bedroom you will find a king size bed with nightstands and charging stations for your phone with a connecting bathroom. The master bath contains a shower tub combo and a hairdryer will be provided should you need one. In the hallway you will find bunkbeds to accommodate 2 more members of your party. In the living room you will find a pull out full sleeper sofa that can accommodate 1-2 more more members of your group.

Additional Provisions:
We will provide a beach wagon for your use with various beach toys and supplies. The complex also has a pool (Please note it is not heated) for use should you want to lounge and and enjoy the sunshine. In a courtyard you will find multiple grills for your use in case you decide you want to enjoy some fresh BBQ.

We will provide a starter kit for all the needed supplies to enjoy your stay. We will provide dishwasher detergent for 3 loads of dishes, travel shower supplies, 1 roll of paper towels and hand soap. Please note this is only a starter kit those staying for longer stays may need to acquire additional provisions.

Entertainment:
While staying with us you will be able to enjoy all the area has to offer. Near by you will find rentals that can accommodate your fun in the sun. Local rental shops can provide kayaks and paddle boards for the bay, jet skis, bicycles, scooters, pontoon boars various local boat tours, waterparks and more.

Our condo is central to all the food and drink that Navarre Beach has to offer. Across the street you can enjoy a meal while taking in great views of the gulfs emerald waters at Beach House Bar and Grill, short drive or walk to Juana's, or Sailors Grill, Broussard's Bayou Grill and coffee shop, Navarre Fishing Pier. If you want to take a quick drive to Pensacola you can enjoy restaurants like Peg Leg Pete's and Flounders.
