Perfect place for a getaway !
This place is probably our favorite from all we have stayed at along the Emerald Coast! Fresh, clean and everything you could need or want! It felt like home! Great location, too! want!

Great stay at Sunny Disposition condo at Navarre Beach
This condo had everything we needed to have an awesome vacation. Well appointed kitchen for the times we cooked. Beach chairs, umbrellas, small ice chest, boogie boards, shelling equipment, toys and more were available. The views from the living area and master bedroom are amazing! We watched the dolphins play most days. We will definitely visit again.

Are you tired of arriving at a VRBO only to be disappointed by the lack of amenities and basic supplies. That is NOT the case at "Sunny Disposition". Here you will find a kitchen loaded with all the appliances you might possibly need as well as a full assortment of spices, oils, cooking sprays, etc. Also, you will not run out of basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry supplies, etc...and if you do, give us a call and we will have more delivered to you.

“Sunny Disposition” is an open floor plan, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1522 s/f) Condo located on the top / Penthouse floor (unit #905) that features 9 foot ceilings throughout and is loaded with every possible amenity you will need to make your stay at Navarre Beach a family memory for years to come. Start your day with coffee on the large balcony and you will likely see bottle nose porpoises passing by as well as surfers catching a wave or even the occasional fly-by from the Blue Angels as they head home to the Naval Air Station just down the beach in Pensacola. Wind down your day with plenty of seating in the living room to enjoy time together after a full day on the beach.

The Living Room features breathtaking floor to ceiling and wall to wall sliding glass doors that open onto a huge 9' x 30' private balcony that overlooks the crystal clear waters and sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast. It is only a short walk to Windjammers Restaurant on the Navarre Beach Pier, which happens to be the longest Pier in the Florida Gulf. There is also a pull out sleeper couch in case you need some extra sleeping space for the kiddos. Board games, movies and books are located in the entertainment console for your indoor leisure time as well.

The Kitchen is open to the Dining and Living Rooms and also has a great view of the Navarre Beach and the Gulf. This abundantly equipped kitchen has all the cookware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, blenders, air fryer and accessories needed for you to create your favorite family meals while enjoying the scenery. We even have most spices & oils that will be needed for your daily cooking needs. The dining table has seating for 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.

The Utility Room is located off the kitchen and has an extra-large capacity washer and dryer, ironing board and iron along with ample space to store other items. We have plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, children’s beach toys (buckets, shovels), coolers, etc as well as a sand cart to get everything to & from the beach.

The Master Bedroom also has ceiling to floor and wall to wall sliding glass doors along with a new king sized bed, high definition TV and ample closet space. The décor has been recently updated and is very comfortable. For those wanting to get a little remote work done, there is a dedicated office area complete with your basic office supplies and an HP Wi-Fi Printer.

The Master Bathroom has a walk in double shower as well as a large Jacuzzi tub and oversized vanity that make getting ready for the day a breeze.
The Second Bedroom has 2 new queen sized beds, a high definition TV and a beautiful view of the Santa Rosa Sound. This bedroom also has its own, private access to the second bathroom that is equipped with an open, walk-in shower and a sink with double mirror vanity.

The Regency has 4 elevators (two at each end of the building) that give you easy access (and very little wait time) to the more than 400 feet of white sand Gulf frontage. If you don’t feel like beach time, there is a large heated (March thru October) fenced-in swimming pool to take in the sun.

Navarre Beach is centrally located between Pensacola and Destin, and within easy driving distance to the Fort Walton Beach / Destin (VPS) and Pensacola (PNS) airports.

All units at The Regency are No-Smoking, No-Pet condos. The minimum age of the primary renter must be 25. High speed, secured Wi-Fi is also included.

If you are looking for a laid back, less traffic, less congestion stay…Navarre Beach is the place!
