NEWLY UPDATED! This gorgeous condo has been beautifully updated and you're going to love staying here.

This condo has an ideal 8th floor location, with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The bright and comfortable living area is great for relaxing after a long day at the beach and the remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances is perfect for making those family dinners or a quick breakfast before heading to the pool. The bedding comfortably accommodates six people with a king bed in the master and two queen beds in guest room. In the master and living room you will find two brand new 42' LCD Flat screen TV's, as well as a blueray player, two DVD players, movies, books and games. The entire condo has been updated to the utmost standards, without losing the comforts of the beach and waves rolling in right outside your door.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!

Beautiful updated unit for family trip with 5 adults

Unit has been recently updated and is very cute, beachy and modern. Kitchen is very well stocked, maybe the best I’ve ever stayed in, with utensils, cookware, etc. linens were fine as well as sleeping accommodations. Location is excellent with a beautiful view of the beach/ocean. Outdoor seating is very nice. Will definitely try to rent this unit again should we visit Navarre Beach. Beach service was a plus and a very nice bonus. Pools were nice size and cleaned every day. The grounds were cleaned and maintained every day. It is a gated facility, which was kind of nice Overall experience was excellent. Thank you for sharing your unit.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great trip this year! The weather actually cooperated. This condo is beautifully decorated and is very cozy. It is immaculate as well! The kitchen is well stocked to cook meals. The main bedroom king bed was comfy! There were tv and internet issues that were resolved quickly thank goodness. The unit comes with beach service which is awesome but make sure to get down there early morning 0700 to put towels on your chairs as they do not put your name on the setup. It was basically first come first serve on open setups as explained by the rental company. There was usually enough out though. Just an FYI if you’re a late sleeper.. We will absolutely stay here again next year. Thanks for offering your unit for rental. It is super nice!!

Perfection

The condo @ the pearl was amazing. We have stayed there before at a different room but this was by far our favorite! The room was so clean and beautiful, who ever cleans the room i thank you. Most of the time you feel sand on the floors, not this time. We where amazed how everything was designed and how roomy it felt. Plenty of sitting out on the balcony. Plus the folks that work for paradise beach homes where amazing. Called them with the internet problem and they called me back within 5 mins. This is definitely our spot to vacation and Cant wait till next year. Also, the grounds keepers are definitely hands down amazing. The elevator and lobby, pool and decking area super super clean!

Wonderful Property

This condo at The Pearl was perfect for our first visit to Navarre Beach. It was just what our family needed with super close beach access. We felt comfortable and were able to relax in the condo and at the beach. We enjoyed eating at Andy D's and visiting the pier too!

Beach Stay

Two couples spent four days at this nice condo on Navarre Beach. Everything was well-maintained. Great balcony overlooking the beach. Close to elevator for quick in and out. Comfortable seating for everyone. The only thing we didn't like was a bedside light on the wall with the wall switch across the room so somebody had to get out of bed to turn out the light after night-time reading.

Relaxation at the Pearl

We just returned from several days in the unit. The entire trip was wonderful. I made contact with the owner to request an early check-in; he was very prompt and helpful. When we arrived at check-in, we had been in the car for 12 hours. We were tired and ready to relax. We were also 6 hours ahead of check-in. However, the kind property manager accommodated us within an hour. The unit was spotless and the pictures don’t do it justice. It is a beautiful unit and also so comfortable. There isn’t anything I’d have changed. We are already planning our next trip.
