Casamigos is a stunning 6 bedroom, 6 bath home, located in a gated community with stunning water views of the Inter-coastal Waterway! This home includes an elevator for easy access to each floor. Only a short walk or bike ride to the calm sound waters of the Inter-coastal waterway or a two block walk to the Gulf of Mexico's famous emerald green waters.

This upscale-home offers luxurious tile flooring and granite for your perfect beach vacation setting. Casamigos sleeps 15 guests comfortably (8 adults, 7 children), with two master bedroom suites. All bedrooms have smart TVs. On the main floor is bedroom #1, a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. There are five bedrooms on the top floor. Bedroom #2 is a large master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, full bathroom and a large walk-out back deck with water views. Bedroom #3 has a full-sized bed with attached full bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a queen-sized bed with attached full bathroom. Bedroom #5 has a full over full-sized bunk bed with a pull out single-sized trundle bed and attached full bathroom . Bedroom #6 has a single over single-sized bunk bed.

You will fall in love with the soft beach décor and inviting gourmet kitchen. Upon entering, you will be welcomed with the first floor fully-equipped kitchen displaying granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all equipment needed to enjoy your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, providing plenty of room to spread out. The living room features beautiful furnishings along with a flat-screen television. The guest bath is accessible from the hallway directly off living room. The main floor Master bedroom includes king-sized bed along with flat screen tv.

Casamigos offers many on-site amenities. Enjoy three decks offering outdoor seating for sunset or sunrise gazing. There is a large gas grill for your family cookouts. Experience ultimate relaxation at the community private sound beach, swim in the crystal clear community swimming pool (not heated) or simply relax in the community hot tubs bubbly waters located at the main entrance of this beautiful gated community.

Complimentary kayak and paddle boards offered throughout your stay. Deposit required. Golf cart rental available.

Enjoy the longest Gulf of Mexico Fishing pier, just a short bike ride or drive. Or spend the day enjoying the local watersports rentals jet skiing, motor boat, wind surfing, and more. The scenic bike path can now take you through the Gulf Islands National Seashore to Pensacola Beach.

Beautiful Beach House

This beach house is lovely. It’s beautifully decorated and doesn’t look like a rental. The management was extremely responsive both before and during our stay. We are a family ranging in age from 21-80. We are scattered around the country and gather each summer to spend a week together. From the elevator, to the well appointed kitchen, to the garage full of beach chairs and toys, this property perfectly met our needs. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Upscale Home Near the Bay

Beautiful decor/paintings/beach themed Christmas trees. Very nice finishings in the bathrooms and kitchen. Comfortable master bed and two lovely master suites. Easy to walk the beach wagon and paddleboard to the bay which was very calm and quiet. Elevator was a big perk for the older family members and for taking luggage and groceries up. A few indoor games for the kids but loads of outdoor beach supplies, beach chairs, 2 kayaks to use during the stay. Only negative is wishing we had a better view of the water from the deck.

Amazing Stay

My family and I (8 adults & 3 children) had a spectacular stay at Casamigos. Everything was extremely clean and the place was well appointed with all the necessities - do bring your own consumables however (soaps, shampoos, paper towels, etc.). The location was easy to find and access and super convenient for the unbeatable Navarre beaches. The host contacted us ahead of check in to welcome us and the check in process was smooth and quick. The host was also very responsive to my inquiries and even resolved an issue we had very quickly. We felt perfectly in luxury’s lap and especially grateful at the end of a full day to be able to unwind and rest in this beautiful home. You won’t regret booking this place. Our thanks to Casamigos for hosting us.

Five Stars!!!!

The house was absolutely beautiful, so clean, and well kept. Our group loved the balcony and the short walk to the beach. The house also had kayaks and life jackets as well as a paddle board that we used. Another thing that was amazing is that the house had the bay on one side and the ocean on the other so for those of us that don't enjoy that sand on the beach or the waves we could go to the bay. So the location was perfect on top of how awesome the house was on the inside. The elevator was very helpful as well to get luggage upstairs and was just over all extremely convenient. The house was full of conveniences. Over all our stay was amazing thanks to this rental.

Lovely patios for morning coffee and evening drinks, beautifully furnished interior, elevator, all new appliances. Every detail was taken care of. Proximity to the sound for quick walk on “beach” and a short walk to the gulf beach. A neighborhood pool if you need a beach break. I literally do not have one negative thing to say. Book it! You won’t regret your stay.

Family Navarre Fun in the water and sand!

The sound is a short easy walk, so is the pool and the beach was an easy short golf cart ride away. Kids were 9, 7, 5, 5, 3, 2... loved it all! I would rent the golf carts again everytime, we road to get places and for fun, big hit!The house is very very nice, large enough for all to be comfortable littles to have quiet areas for early bed and naps! All the bathrooms are a wonderful plus too, absolutely no waiting on a shower. Plenty of hot water!Kitchen and garage were well equipped. I did rent umbrellas and boogie boards but there were several water toys, chairs and a board, lots of things we did not even use. Very close to perfect... little things, could not find a broom and dust pan for inside the house, upstairs master has a curtain set up with some sheets in the middle that we wanted to be able to cover for the morning... but honestly the kids were early risers anyway. My daughters wanted to strip the kids and themselves while using the outdoor shower (which was very nice) but needed a curtain or something for that. Location is amazing for us! All in All it was fabulous and would stay again with a group of any large size up to the sleeping max. Oh yes, the elevator, we used when we arrived for luggage and groceries and then when loading up to leave... very nice to have! The management was easy to work with, they checked on us a couple of times and when I needed to contact for questions they were very quick to reply! Excellent place to stay.
