Welcome to Lil Breezy! This is a brand new, custom built modern home with a private saltwater pool, located in a family friendly neighborhood, and just minutes from the crystal clear, emerald waters and white sands of Navarre Beach. This home away from home has something for everyone in the family and is perfect for your next trip to the area.



Inside is a spacious layout with an open concept living room, dining area, and brand new gourmet kitchen. The brand new kitchen comes equipped with all stainless steel appliances, luxury granite countertops, and high-end cookware. No expense was spared on the 3 bedrooms that come furnished with high-end Stearns & Foster, Sealy mattresses. Just off the living room is an open and bright covered patio overlooking the sparkling saltwater pool which is perfect for morning coffee, lunch, or afternoon cocktails. There is an outdoor TV so you won't miss the game while hanging at the pool. This home is great for families as it comes equipped with child safety features such as a pool alarm and safety gate separating the back door from the pool!



Bring your pup along. This home can accommodate 1 dog up to 100lbs for an additional non refundable pet fee of $50. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. Any dog on the premises must be disclosed to management prior to your stay.



The home is located just a short 3 miles from the famous Navarre pier, the longest pier in Florida! Parking is plentiful and FREE at Navarre Beach Marine Park - steps from the beautiful white sand.

The pictures do not do this house justice! This is an incredible place for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. Our dog loved running around the back yard. The fence is great and does not allow animals to escape. The owners communicated quickly, kindly, and professionally. It was a pleasure to rent from them!The beach is only a quick 5 minute drive. The house came loaded with beach toys, shades, coolers, and tons of kids and baby floats.Forget renting a suite in a hotel. This is the way to go! You will not be disappointed!!

We had a great experience at this property! The kitchen was stocked very well and honestly had everything we needed, which I did not expect! Everything from a blender, to mixing bowls, to multiple different types of kid friendly dinnerware to ceramic nicer dishes. Plenty of pots and pans. It was easy to get to where we needed to go. A couple blocks from the publix for easy trips. The beds were super comfortable as well. It had all of the amenities youd want in a vacation rental! We were very happy with our stay and would book this location again.

The PERFECT Vacation Spot

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property on Escola St. Communication was great with the property management team. There was an issue with the pool prior to our arrival, but they communicated that with us and made everything right in a timely manner. The location was perfect. Super close to everything. The house was clean and the pool was amazing! There was plenty of games and pool toys provided and a great ping pong table in the garage for entertainment. We really enjoyed staying at this property and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Navarre. The neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Highly recommend! Amazing experience!

Great stay close to everything.

This was a nice place for our small family. Having a private pool was perfect for us, but the property was close to the beach as well. The extra pool toys and beach accessories were great (especially the Shibumi shade for the beach) and saved on travel space in our vehicle not having to bring our own. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals of your own. Overall enjoyed our stay and the homes location, especially to Publix for quick runs for snacks or other needs.

We were new to this area of Florida's panhandle. I found it pleasant and sweet. The home is a new build and was just perfect for us. The owners were so easy to communicate with. We found a gym. We found a Church. We found a lovely place at the beach to enjoy the natural beauty of Navarre. There is a Publix nearby. This is a great location, truly.

The HEATED POOL and outdoor area of this house were absolutely amazing. Extremely close to Navarre Beach and shopping. Best place we've ever stayed at so far. The pool is worth the extra, I PROMISE.

House was great and was just as good as described/pictured. Pool was amazing. Lots of one needles this time of year, but they were easy to clean up. Location was convenient to everything but neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall great and also dog friendly although you would not know it by looking at the house. Our dogs loved it as much as we did. Overall a great stay. Would definitely come back again. Navarre beach area is great also and the beaches are beautiful

Wonderful home - great location

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful newer home. Very close (short) drive to public beaches staffed with lifeguards. Also were able to relax in the pool after our days at the beach. Communication was excellent and would definitely recommend this home to those seeking a private pool and an open floorplan home.

Amazing house!

We loved our stay here at Lil Breezy. This house was awesome. Very clean and well kept. Very close to the beach and good local spots to eat. Pool was great to use with our son after being at the beach for the first part of the day. We vacation in Navarre every summer and we will definitely be back to this place

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The house is new. Everything was clean. Check in was simple and without complications. There was plenty of beach toys, pool toys and beach chairs in the garage. The wagon was a life saver when we packed our beach stuff! There was also a small cooler available for use. If you don’t feel like getting in the pool there is a small propane fire pit to enjoy as well. The location is close to several groceries stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Great Property, Great Location

The location is great. It’s a short drive across the bridge to the beach. The nearby beaches were clean and not crowded. The convenience of having a Publix two blocks away cannot be overstated. The property itself was really clean and spacious. The pool was clean and even larger in person than it looked in pictures. The kitchen was well-equipped and having a gas grill outside made for some easy meals. Communication with the owner was easy and he was really responsive to all of our questions. This was one of those listings that actually exceeded expectations.

Awesome Beach Retreat

Property is great. Exceptionally clean. Close to Navarre Beach and shopping and eateries. Pool was wonderful. Kitchen is very well equipped. The beach chairs and cart was so helpful and added to our beach visits. Navarre Beach is a beautiful white sandy beach with very good public facilities. Hopefully we will be back! Property management very responsive when door knob fell off!
