CASA VAL DE RUDA IV, DES ARTIGUETES, is located in the exclusive Val de Ruda complex, right at the start of the gondola that provides access to the Baqueira Beret ski resort.

Layout

This single-family home, with a capacity for up to 12 people, is organized over several floors.

The lower floor, accessible from the community garage, features a foyer equipped with closets for boots and outerwear, a laundry room, and a guest toilet. This floor also includes a bedroom area with a room that has four bunk beds, its own bathroom, and a living area with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave.

On the main floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, a fireplace, and access to the terrace. There is also a guest toilet on this floor and direct access to the pedestrian area of the complex.

The bedroom floor comprises a master bedroom, two double bedrooms (one with its own bathroom), and a shared bathroom for the other two.

The upper floor hosts the main bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, and double-height wooden attic ceilings.

The rental includes two parking spaces and two ski lockers under the gondola that provides access to the Baqueira station.

WoW range is the reference brand of LUDERNA, offering selected accommodations, re-equipped and with a technological touch, such as a crib with a mattress, high chair, safe, double pillow, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speaker.

Highlights

During the autumn of 2022, the property underwent an intensive maintenance program that included replacing the sofa in the main living room, carpeting the stairs, improving the lighting, and reviewing headboards and mattresses, with the master bedroom bed now measuring 180x190 cm, among other improvements.

All our accommodations are fully equipped and include hotel-quality bed and bath linens for your stay with us. For your family’s comfort: higher-weight towels, "bath blanket" size for your showers, and white duvet covers on all our beds.

Upon arrival, you will find a small cleaning kit (cloth, sponge, dish cleaner) and a toiletries kit (small shampoo, shower gel, and bar of soap), as well as a roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

In summer, during July and August, whenever possible and weather permitting, free guided excursions are offered through some of the most picturesque areas of the Aran Valley. The difficulty level of these excursions is low to medium.
