Tangerine Sunsets Satsuma One

Satsuma One is a large, modern studio apartment, decorated with luxury and conveniently located near Prince Charles Drive, inspiring design ideas of making royalty accessible.

It boasts beautiful marble floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, with an attractively stained wooden ceiling. The le-grande king bed and hotel-suite-quality sofa-bed easily accommodate up to four guests and are so comfortable you’ll fall asleep with a smile.

Satsuma One has a full sized kitchen for making inspired meals, and of course all dishware and cookware are included. Creature comforts include split/ductless air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat-screen tv with cable, free internet and WiFi.



Securely located in a small, private, gated complex near the eastern side of the island, it’s also conveniently located near public transport (3 mins walking), as well as several small shopping centers, grocery stores, local and fast food restaurants, wines and spirits stores, ATMs and even a gym, all within less than 5 minutes walking. Heading to the beach or wanting to enjoy amazing sunrises? Be there in less than a 10 minute drive.

And most importantly you’d be staying at a Tangerine Sunsets property, which means you’ll benefit from our well known standards and services. You’ll also have priority access to our team throughout your entire stay to help you have a fantastic vacation, which is always our #1 goal.

Girls Trip

Amazing time in Nassau in a perfect place for my friend and I. The location wasn’t far from anywhere we wanted to go and had all of the things we needed to have a comfortable stay. Highly recommend to enjoys staying outside of the resorts.

Everything was amazing

My stay was amazing,the apartment is so beautiful,the pool was a needed bonus.On my arrival the driver stopped at the grocery store with me it was so helpful,saved money by cooking amazing food there.The host was a phone call away and quick to answer to any questions i had.Neighborhood is safe and quiet.We took the bus to downtown and spent the day at Juankanoo beach love everything about Nassau .Cant wait to come back

Nice place

The room was beautiful and clean. We were happy there was a security gate. You can’t beat the price for Nassau. The location was quieter than downtown Nassau. There is a Swiss bakery close by with delicious pastries. There wasn’t a closet to hang clothes. No towel racks to hang towels. The pool wasn’t cleaned and the chairs were all broken. If you are looking for a clean and reasonable place to stay then this is it.

A month in the Bahamas

Property very clean, private and self contained with own garden/pool. We had a lovely relaxing stay. It is quite remote from beaches, restaurants and bars so we used the jitneys a lot to get around. They worked really well for us.

Clean and tidy but a boring location

The property is very much modern, as well as it being very spacious and clean. The manager was easy to get a hold of and responds promptly. However, there was a serious issue with the power cutting out 2 sometimes 3 times a day throughout our 7 day stay for a duration of 1 to 5 hours each time. It interupted with our cooking which became very annoying as it caused us to throw uncooked food away which meant we had to go out and spend money at local restaurants which we did not enjoy. The heat became unbearable as the power cut caused all fans and the AC to stop functioning (even worse in the middle of the night). I believe that an emergency generator needs to be added to the property in order to avoid disappointments for those who pay their money for comfortability. The outside pool area is nice and clean, however the pool inside could have been cleaned. Me and my partner are very clean individual's, it was surprising to see, not a lot but a few cockroaches around the property and 2/3 of them enter the property but I'll put that down to the climate maybe. The area is very quiet, if you like that kind of thing then that's great but it's not a tourist area at all. However, a taxi organised (at a pricey rate) will bring you to those locations such as Atlantis where there are lots of excursions to do.

Enjoyed my stay

I enjoyed my stay at the location. The property was just as he photos showed and I was surprised about the space. A dilemma occurred and they were patient with me until the matter resolved. They are great host and I would recommend this place to anyone. I would just suggest more security pre cautions but it was excellent. Thank you guys.
