*20 minute walk or a cheap Uber/Lyft/taxi to Broadway, Rymean Theater, etc! On a recent Friday night, a standard Uber to Broadway was $7.99, while an XL for 6 people was $17.

Thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Nashville. Kimberly our host guided us through our arrival, time in Nashville and the conclusion of our trip with plans to return. The accommodations gave us a place to relax before and after exploring Nashville. Close enough to walk, approximately 15-20 minutes to Broadway or an easy Lift ride back after a full night out. The condo was perfect for four people. A quiet restful sleep prepared us for the next day’s adventure, each of our three nights stay, Thursday-Sunday.The condo was clean and had everything we needed to start our day as we made our own breakfast to keep with our no rush theme of our trip.Having the ability to park free with easy in and out, gave us the opportunity to leave the area to shop and explore outside of the city. For our group this was a big plus giving us an option to drive to attractions that were not in the downtown area.Great accommodations help to enhanced the experience visiting Nashville. That is what staying here did for our group.Thank you Kimberly we highly recommend this property.

Nice location with great parking! Walked multiple times to Broadway and other sites. Fun to see the woodchuck living by the river. Host was very responsive. Furniture is a little worn but would stay there again.

The property was not clean. It smelled like mold, and the kitchen appliances looked smeared. I used antibacterial wipes on the stove and it was not clean either. The listing said the bathrooms were newly renovated yet there was chipped tile all over the floor of the main shower , a broken mirror in the shower and overall grimy feeling to them.

We had a great week at this Nashville property. The free parking is fantastic, pool was very nice especially for our super warm October week and view of the river was interesting and lovely. The location is quiet but is a bit of a walk to Broadway. We didn't mind the distance but did plan our return trip home in the dark to avoid the area just beside the river....

We had a great stay at this property. Property manager was very nice and accommodating. Great layout to the unit and very walkable to the main attractions. Pool was great too. Would definitely recommend staying here. Loved being on the river. Thanks so much for everything!

Communication with Kimberly was top notch! Nice place, but could use a good cleaning, and a few updates. Beds were comfortable! Pool was a bit of a walk, but nice! Walk to Broadway was a bit far for us, but definitely doable!

This was above & and beyond the best Vrbo I've ever stayed in! Clean, well stocked & walking distance to all! Excellent communication with Kim. I highly recommend this location, property and most of all 5 star owner/manager!!

The property was infested with gnats, and the showers were moldy. Upon our arrival, the host, Kim, did not contact us to confirm that everything was satisfactory during check-in. She later stated that she was there every day after we raised our concerns, but she did not follow up to ensure our comfort. When I inquired how she could have been unaware of the infestation despite having bug repellents plugged in the kitchen and bedroom, she did not provide a response and ceased communication. Considering the circumstances, we found this situation unacceptable. As senior citizens, we paid a significant amount for our stay, yet there was no offer of at least 200 in compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the gnats over four nights, while we were far from home with limited financial resources.

Nashville get away

The condo was great. Very clean! Kim was very responsive. About an 18 min walk to all the fun! Walk was very well lit! The pool was nice to have since it was hot all week! Would definitely stay there if we come back to Nashville!

Comfortable Stay

Great location. Can walk to many attractions or take a quick ride-share. The covered parking was convenient, especially since we drove in from out of town and needed 2 spots. The bathroom situation could be a bit awkward with 2 couples staying there, but it worked for us.

Condo was as advertised, perfect for 2 couples. Very clean and close to Broadway and the Grand Olde Opry. Kim the host had everything that you would need and was immediately responsive when we had a question. Would definitely recommend Kim’s place when visiting Nashville. Very nice accommodations. Hadn’t been there in a couple years. Truly enjoyed all the entertainment downtown. Condo was very accommodating, with everything you need. Was pleasant watching the wildlife and boats on the river.. would highly recommend.
