Ma maison magnifique avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de quelques jours Ă  Nashville! Mais la meilleure partie - Seuls minutes du centre-ville! Seulement environ 8 $ en taxi du quartier des divertissements!
Ceci est une maison de 2 chambres / 2. 5 salles de bain
Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain!



Pour aller en ville, vous avez plusieurs choix:
- Marchez 15 minutes jusqu'Ă  l'arrĂȘt du circuit Music City au parc du Bicentenaire (service de bus gratuit pour le centre-ville de 6h00 Ă  18h00 sauf le dimanche)
- Faites une promenade de 30 minutes (mon prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©! Sur le chemin parcourir Farmers Market, puis la caisse Bicentennial Park, puis prendre les mesures de capital Ă  concurrence du bĂątiment capitale de l'État (consultez la vue!), Puis Ă  War Memorial Plaza et votre ville! Juste une courte promenade Ă  l'Ă©glise St le quartier des divertissements, et vous avez Ă  marcher sur la passerelle au-dessus de la riviĂšre Cumberland juste pour la vue de Nashville !!
- Prenez un Ascenseur $ 6 ou Uber tour (deuxiĂšme meilleur choix !!)

We had a great stay at this Nashville home! The location was a huge plus—close to downtown and within walking distance to the farmers market, which made getting around really easy. The house itself was cozy, clean, and welcoming, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a full day of exploring the city. The host was incredibly kind and communicative, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Nashville!

This place was perfect. Clean, comfortable, great location. We would hands down reccomend, and we will be returning. Host was available and quick to respond. We used an uber to go to lower broadway for about 8. So much cheaper than parking fee or taxi. Cannot say enough about the house. Only thing I wish it had was a full length mirror for the girls, and maybe a throw in the living room. But all in all it was a 10 out of 10 for us.

We had a great stay at this cozy home for our first trip to Nashville. We loved the quick and inexpensive access to Broadway via Uber as it was a little chilly to walk while we’re there, even though we are from Boston. I wish we could have utilized the hot tub and back patio area, again too chilly for us but such a great addition. Rick was very accommodating and very communicative. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Highly recommend this home!

This is an excellent property and a very attentive host. His attention to detail was shown throughout the home. There were snacks, drinks, and plenty of coffee for the Keurig. The outside area is a real gem and the location perfect for whatever you want to do. You will be doing yourself a favor if you choose to stay here!

This house was fabulous! We stayed three nights and took in a couple of the restaurant recommendations, very good. (See his info book) The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable! Rick the Host was amazing. We were there a little early and he was kind enough to let us in. The house was so cute and very clean and organized. The backyard was set up so you could go out and enjoy a beer or a glass of wine. We also loved the hot tube. We went in it every night.

We were very comfortable here and the house was conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. My friend and I especially enjoyed working on the jigsaw puzzles in the broad selection. Our husbands appreciated the Keurig and all the pods that were provided. Host Richard was very responsive to my questions and requests for assistance.

Not bad. I would rate about a 3.5. My wife went on a run and someone with a different ethnic background yelled at my wife “to go back where you came from”. So I was concerned about the neighborhood. Hot tub was nice. However there is a guy living in the garage behind the house. He was no issue though. On a positive note the house was clean and the bed was very nice.

I loved the pictures of the property but it’s even nicer in person! We used bikes, scooters and walked to downtown Nashville - the home was very accessible to the places we wanted to visit. We are definitely rural people and don’t typically like the city vibe but the layout of the backyard gives you a sense of seclusion so we loved that and that the street didn’t have a great deal of traffic and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Overall I would say this was a great place to stay, the owner really thought of everything to make you feel at home. Even had a box fan for those that need one to sleep. The bed was super comfy and I loved that they had a Keurig fully stocked with regular coffee pods! Love this place and would highly recommend!

My wife and I have stayed at many vacation rentals. This is definitely one of the best. Very well-maintained and well-appointed home — comfortable, lovely, clean, well-supplied (including boxes of tissues and also premium toilet paper, not the cheap stuff). High-quality linens, comfortable beds. Everything’s in good shape and works well. Rick is a terrific owner — very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Great Nashville Getaway for Couples

This was the perfect house for 2 couples. It was just the right size with a cute backyard (and a clean hot tub). The inside was super clean with lots of supplies and everyday necessities. Each bedroom had its own full bath and TV. Beds were comfy and we loved the sheets. We didn't need both parking spots in the front, but it's a plus if you have 2 cars. The location is great and was a 10 min drive to Broadway and other attractions. The owner was super responsive and communication was always positive. We needed something fixed and he was respectful of our privacy and time and came the next day to do the repair. He was very friendly!!! We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Nashville.

Perfect for two couples

The house was very nice and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed and the coffee set up was a treat. Both beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the two bathrooms upstairs. The back patio area was a nice addition to the property. We would stay there again.

Vacation

We arrived about an hour early and when I messaged the host, he was nice wnough to let us in early. Everything was beautifully decorated and clean. Overall, the house was very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is if you like to sit on the couch with a throw, bring one with you. Other than that, it is completely furnished to cook and eat in. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are supplied in the bathrooms and there are plenty of towels. We stayed 3 nights and didn't run out.

Great House

This house is super cute and very clean. Liquid soap in all bathrooms. Charging stations everywhere. Coffee bar with everything you need. Backyard is super cute and cozy. Easy Uber ride to Broadway. Neighborhood felt safe. Host was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cute and comfortable home with private back yard. This was perfect for our stay. Close to the places we wanted to go. Having 2 bedroom and bath combos was great! Also an extra half bath downstairs. We appreciated all the extras like coffee pods, laundry supplies and toiletries. Those are hard things to pack in a suitcase. We had a great time.

Great house. Great location. We had a married couple and a best friend. Love the set up of house. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Mr Rick was excellent host and easy to work with. Location was minutes from downtown. Great experience.
