Welcome to The Fleetwood, a brand new contemporary condo located in the heart of Nashville's vibrant Music Row. This chic retreat is designed to transport you into a luxurious 1970's time capsule, featuring art, jewel box colors, and elegant furnishings. With its prime location, you'll find yourself surrounded by shops, cafes, bars, and historic music venues, making it easy to explore the best of Music City.



This single-level home offers elevator access and boasts 3 king suites, each with attached primary bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The open-plan living space is flooded with natural light and includes a cozy living room with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. Step out onto the private balcony overlooking Music Row for stunning views of the city.

We had the best trip. We all loved the place so much. My friends couldn’t stop taking about what a great pick. It looked exactly like the pictures, everything was gorgeous, the host was very helpful and nice, and the location was perfect. I would 10 out of 10 recommend!
