About this space
Tastefully furnished Colonial with all the comfort and conveniences you could ask for. Cozy fireplace in the family room, TV's in every room, family games, modern amenities + more. The serene backyard offers a private outdoor space with a firepit, gas bbq and plenty of seating. Conveniently located just 8 minutes to the Square in downtown Franklin and only a 25-minute ride to Nashville! Bring the entire family! Stretch out and stay awhile! Stop waiting and start making memories!
The space
Newly renovated with brand new furnishings, flooring, bedding, decor and more. Fully equipped kitchen for dining in. All bedrooms and full baths are upstairs. The interior boasts 2400 square feet of living space which includes living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, and main floor laundry room.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire space during your stay with the exception of the garage, and one locked closet upstairs. We will send you the access code just before your stay with the entry instructions.

KITCHEN SUPPLIES
We have all the cooking basics, and we also provide foil, saran wrap, and some baggies.

Great Property But Issues

Our family group consisted of 7 members. The house is beautiful and well kept. We were there for a family wedding on May 17 and were supposed to stay for 3 nights. However, after the first night there were major plumbing issues and we had to find a hotel with suites. We were in constant contact with the hosts but after 6 hours and nothing was fixed, the hosts refunded all my money. Even though our experience wasn’t quite what you’d expect, unfortunate things happen when you least expect it. The reason for my 5 star rating is that the hosts were very gracious and within seconds of my texts to let them know what was happening in their house they responded quickly. The house is located in a quaint quiet neighborhood and close to shopping. I would absolutely recommend this property.

The Perfect Wedding Weekend!

We stayed here over our wedding weekend with some our out of town bridal party and it was absolutely perfect!! Jame was unbelievably helpful with making sure everything was set up right and so communicative with all of the info leading up to our stay. We had such a great time and will definitely recommend this house to future out of town guests, visiting!

It was close to the freeway and easy to get to. The neighborhood was quiet the house was very nice and clean. The hosts communication was terrific. I would highly recommend for anyone staying in the Franklin/Cool Springs area.

This property was very good - roomy, comfortable, clean, and safe. Communications with the local manager Jodie was excellent! We appreciated everything about this house. Only improvements might be in the dining area - the dark light fixture and low watt bulbs made this room unusable. The outdoor seating area is ok, but could use some umbrellas. We love this house and hope to return to Franklin. Thank you.

Great spot for weekend with friends!

I stayed at this house with some childhood friends. Our long weekend was perfect! The house is very nice, clean, everything we needed in the kitchen, bath, etc. it’s close to downtown Franklin, so it was perfect. We recommend!

THE BEST!

I stayed here with my family of 5 (3 school age kids) and my parents over Christmas. The rental was absolutely perfect! The decor was so fun and the house was very clean. It was only a few minutes to downtown Franklin and an easy drive into Nashville which we did twice. Its also a few minutes away from a great medical center should you need their services. The property manager was super attentive and sweet. We really couldnt have asked for more. We are already planning our next stay! If you want a beautiful home in a great location that is close to everything, clean, and has a super cool vibe this is your place! It met all of varying needs and my kids made the remark many times that "now this is luxury!" There is also a really cute patio area out back with a BIG backyard. The driveway is also long enough to turn your car around in the back. Book this location - you will not be disappointed!

Girls' Trip

Had a wonderful time with group of ladies!! We explored Franklin and felt so safe in this house. We had space to spread out and a living room cozy enough to visit. I would highly recommend this rental.
