GUEST RENTAL POLICY

Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you.
Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.

Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.

Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

yes, I did ask if certain items were there, was told they were not, but they were in the end. the coffee makers systems did not match, supplies for a keriq were there but no machine. the toilet roll holder in main bath off kitchen was broken, the toilet was wobbly. although the place was clean on arrival, the house smelled of dirty cleaning, like a restaurant that is cleaned with dirty supplies, mop etc. the rugs were vacuumed, but they were all in desperate need of a steam cleaning, the main ones in kitchen need to be replaced. the lights thought-out either didn't work when you plugged in or had far too many burnt out lights. the other really noticeable things were items either used in differnt seasons scattered in closets cupboards or garage. what this reaally needs is a manager to go thru the property and corral all these od items and put in the storage closet. it seems as though the cleaners hired are doing the basics but lack attention to detail. We do an extensive amount of travelling from hotels & B&B & cottages throughout the USA, the pictures depict an immaculate property and when lights dont turn on when you arrive and the toilet is off balance with broken roll dispenser, you immediately get the wrong impression, this is what you do on arrival!! clean should smell clean, not feel like you can't walk around on barefeet when you are wearing shorts & sandals outside. Overall it looks like a great place and we would recommend it, but 1st impressions count!

We had a really nice overall stay and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The space is beautifully decorated, well stocked, and very comfortable for a weekend getaway. The patios were a standout feature and definitely added to the experience.There were just a few minor issues that are worth noting for future guests and for the host’s awareness. We initially had some difficulty accessing the unit, as the entry code needed to be updated, but this was eventually resolved. The bathroom sink on the second floor did not drain properly, and the light switch in one of the upstairs rooms is tucked behind the bunk beds, which made it difficult to locate. It took a bit of back and forth through the chat before we were able to find it. I believe the chat is ai generated.The bunk beds themselves are better suited for children rather than adults, as they were not the most comfortable for adult use. We also noticed a slight odor near the top of the stairs leading to the third floor, which may have been related to pets, though we are not certain.There are a few small maintenance items, such as some scratches on the floors from the bunk beds and marks on the wall from the living room mirror, but nothing that significantly impacted our stay.Overall, we were pleased with our visit and enjoyed the home. With a few small adjustments and maintenance updates, this would be an even stronger stay.

Girls Weekend in Nashville!Well 50 somethings! We had just a wonderful stay in Nashville. The place was clean, comfy, and roomy and just a few miles from downtown - quiet at night.. It was very easy to get transportation and any Uber Eats/Insta Cart needs. The owners were also in constant contact and responsive to any questions.Excellent Stay!Linda

Celebrating #21

We visited Nashville to celebrate my son's and two of his friends 21st birthdays! This property was amazing! It is super clean, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and comfy beds! We had so much room to just relax when we weren't out doing the touristy things. The rooftop was also amazing but the weather was super hot so we didn't last long up there! The property hosts were amazing also - we had all the information we needed in a timely manner and they made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!!!!
