Cozy Room 218 has one full-size bed, a full bathroom, and is 125 square feet (10ft x 12.5ft). Designed for the solo traveler on a budget, this compact lodging option proves you don't have to compromise on price in order to have the unique boutique hotel experience. A window with a courtyard view illuminates the vibrant color block walls and bathroom. Attentive features include walls adorned with local art, a small basket of hand-selected local snacks, a Dyson hairdryer, a clothes steamer, and much more!

Access to the building and guest rooms is through a unique key code that we send via email the day before arrival. There is not a check in desk or concierge but we are always a phone call or text away if needed. Guests simply let themselves in with the code we send and start enjoying their time in Music City! No waiting in lines here!

There is a parking lot behind the hotel for guest use. Each room booked is allotted ONE free parking space. Upon booking please send us the license plate number, color, make and model of your car so we can register your car for the dates you will be in town. Cars that are not registered before arrival will be towed.
