With 7 bedrms we offer a variety of sleeping arrangements to accommodate multi-family gatherings. Sleeps 24 max. Our kitchen & spacious living areas feature everything you`d expect to have at home, so come, settle in & relax.

Nestled upon 5 acres, this sprawling estate features a beautiful salt-water pool, an outdoor volleyball court, a basketball hoop, an abundance of entertainment space, 7 spacious bedrooms featuring numerous sleeping arrangements and 4.5 bathrooms.

With 2 large dining areas and an island bar top in the kitchen, you can comfortably seat 20 for a family dinner. The kitchen contains all the appliances and utensils you would need to gather together for a meal and if the weather allows, there is plenty of space to eat outside too, so make use of the outdoor grill and sizzle up some steaks!

The kids will have plenty of space to run around, so enjoy our selection of outdoor games and sports balls for them to utilize during your stay. Should it get a little warm outside and some air conditioning is needed then they can continue to play indoors on the likes of our air hockey table, foosball, giant connect 4 or Jenga games...

On the main floor, we feature 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms:

Bedroom #1 - King Bed and queen bed. Full en-suite bathroom with free-standing tub and walk-in shower. There is also a large walk-in closet too. (Sleeps up to 4 people on 2 beds)

Bedroom #2 - King Bed plus additional Queen Sleeper Sofa. This room shares an enormous walk-in closet and Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #3. This bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. (Sleeps up to 4 people on 2 beds)

Bedroom #3 - King Bed and a queen bed. This room shares an enormous walk-in closet and Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #2. This bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. (Sleeps up to 4 people on 2 beds)

Bedroom #4 - 2 sets of twin bunk beds with pull out twin trundles under the bottom bunks. (Sleeps up to 6 people on 6 beds)

Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

Bedroom #5 - Queen Bed. Full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. (Sleeps up to 2 people on 1 bed)

Bedroom #6 - 2 x Queen Beds with Jack-n-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #7, however the vanity area and walk-in closet are separated and private to this bedroom. The bathroom is a tub/shower combo. (Sleeps up to 4 people on 2 beds)

Bedroom #7 - Second bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and pull out twin trundles under each bottom bunk. This room has the Jack-n-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #6, however the vanity area and walk-in closet are separated and private to this bedroom. The bathroom is a tub/shower combo. (Sleeps up to 6 people on 6 beds)

A couple of house-keeping items to bear in mind.

There are 16 steps from parking level to the entrances both at the front and back of the home.

This home is not only a pet-free property, but both smoking and drug free too. Any indication that those rules are being broken will lead to us having to immediately cancel your stay with us.

As with all our pools, the standard season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Lastly, attached to the home is an owner lockout area in the basement which is never rented out. On a rare occasion (a few days a year), the owner may utilize that space for a few hours. If that should happen we will let you know, but it is a separated space and you would not be disturbed or likely even know it was being used!

As you enter the property, the driveway splits in 2. All guests must veer to the right and park on this side of the home. The left section of the driveway is off-limits as it is a private garage.

Please do not park on the grass at any time.
Children are not allowed in the pool without adult supervision at all times.
