Come spend your Nashville getaway at Taylor’s thoughtfully designed 2,000 sq ft retreat featuring 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a private hot tub, and a stunning wraparound rooftop patio with incredible city views—complete with subtle nods to Taylor Swift’s iconic eras (including a beautiful mural), an open-concept layout with bar seating, a fully stocked kitchen, and a shared backyard, all just 4 miles from Broadway.



The Space:

We welcome your pups but require a $250 pet fee. We just ask that you keep them off of all furniture. Excess hair and fur on the furniture requires additional cleaning from our cleaning staff and will result in additional charges.



The backyard and hot tub deck are shared with the home next door. Please be respectful of all neighbors.

• Age: All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents.

• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Trash: Before you leave, please put all trash in the brown trash can located outside the front door.

• Pets: Pups are welcome with a $250 pet fee. Please keep them off the furniture to avoid extra cleaning fees.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

Great house! Definitely some areas I would improve in, but overall, a great stay! The home was very clean (we clean vacation rentals at home, so we are picky)! Very happy about the cleanliness. The only issues we had were there was only one coffee cup for the 5 of us and the next morning there were ants on one of the upstairs bathroom floors. I messaged about both issues and the management company responded very quickly and was able to send over more cups and ant spray! Be careful when opening any blinds- the bars fall off very easily and one landed on my head (not injured). There was also very little seating in the main living room. A couple of us had to sit on the bar stools. Those are just a few things we were picky about, but overall it was a good stay!

Great for friends trip!

Plenty of space and about 10 min to Broadway! We had a great time here and the hot tub added a great little touch. It was like perfect!

I'd rather not even give it a star

Well it started with no toilet paper and no hand soap in the bathrooms. The couch is so stained, I had to use a sheet to sit on. The master bedroom found a dirty diaper on the floor along with maybe a wine stain, maybe blood-stained carpet. The stairwell to roof- light didnt work, had to use phone as not to fall in the dark stairwell, however few other rooms, lights did not work properly. Shower curtain in shared bath falls off tile rail for it is not a fitted shower pole, lays on the tile rim. I rented the place with intention to use hot tub and grill besides the space. The hot tub was not ready for use until next day after several text with property mgmt why it was only 90degrees. The grill SO disgustingly dirty, had to buy a portable grill to use whilst there since we already bought foods to grill. The ice maker did not work. If you are selling these features, you need to make sure they are ready when you arrive and not have to call/text and or go to store for shortcomings.

Disappointing Experience at Taylor’s Nashville Home

I regret to say that our stay at Taylor’s Nashville Home was far from the relaxing getaway we anticipated. Upon arrival, we immediately felt uneasy about the surrounding area. Our concerns grew when we entered the property. I promptly informed the host that the exterior light above the garage and the one inside were both non-functional. As we explored, it became evident that the photos on the VRBO listing were misleading. The kitchen light flickered erratically, making meal preparation difficult. The walls were marked and dirty, indicating a lack of proper cleaning after previous guests. The furniture was worn, resembling a college dorm rather than a vacation rental. The floors were sticky and clearly had not been cleaned, and dust caked on the vents showed neglect in maintenance. The rooftop furniture was broken and unsafe, with visible dry rot on the wooden planks, posing a serious hazard. The towels provided had a strong odor of smoke, which was unpleasant. The main floor couch was stained and uncomfortable, and the carpets were dirty and sticky. To top it all off, the Wi-Fi was non-functional, further hampering our stay. We were deeply dissatisfied with the conditions and unable to enjoy the rooftop due to the hazardous environment. After sharing 31 photos documenting the unacceptable conditions, we requested a partial refund, but were only refunded the cleaning fee.
