Cute 4 BR/2 BA with Hot Tub/Fire Pit/Game Room!

This house features 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Upstairs you'll also find a well-stocked kitchen and a coffee bar. Keurig coffee pods are included! Downstairs is an amazing game room that will provide hours of entertainment. Step outside to the brand new deck which features a Weber grill, a gas fire pit, a bar area and a hot tub!

This home is conveniently located in the hip Donelson area of Nashville. It's less than a mile off the interstate and only 1 exit from the Nashville International Airport. Downtown Nashville is 15 minutes away and the Opry Mills area is about the same. Percy Priest Lake is very close by as well. Elm Hill Marina has boats for rent and the Nashville Shores waterpark is right down the street! Grocery stores and everything you could need are located within 1.5 miles of the property.

LIVING AREA

The living room features 2 brand-new full size sofas plus there is additional seating at the bar. The TV is a brand-new 65" smart TV with Roku. We provide a YouTube TV subscription for live channels.

BEDS / BATHS

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. 1 King room and 2 Queen rooms. The bedrooms all have bedside tables and luggage holders. The downstairs features another bedroom with 2 adult-size bunkbeds. Each bedroom also has a closet and hangars

The upstairs full bath features a tub / shower combo and the downstairs full bath has a stand-up shower and an extra vanity area designed for doing makeup and / or hair.

KITCHEN / DINING

You will find the kitchen well-stocked with enough flatware and utensils for your party of 12. We also have wine glasses, coffee mugs and an assortment of pots and pans. The dining table seats up to 8 people. The fridge has built-in water and ice. Keurig-style coffee pods are included for your stay. Just contact us during your stay if there's anything else you might need and we will do our best to provide it.

GAME ROOM

The game room is one of the best features of this property. There's a 60" TV with Roku and we provide a live TV subscription to YouTube TV. There is a Playstation 4 which doubles as a DVD player and several games. We also have darts, skee-ball, a golf putting game as well as a karaoke stage. The large speaker with the karaoke system is portable and doubles as a bluetooth speaker. Additionally, there is a disc golf basket outside with discs.
Attention: There is a security camera located on the front door of the house.

Clean & convenient to everything. Worked well with a dog for walking, etc. During our stay the hot tub broke, & the owner tried to repair but was unable to before we left. They stayed in communication with us & gave a partial refund for not being able to use the hot tub. Things happen, appliances break & thats just life. Other than the hot tub everything was perfect & we definitely recommend. A nice plus was the family of deer that visited the yard daily.

Nice place near downtown Nashville

Nice place with plenty of space and beds. Hot tub is a great addition. Location is right off the freeway in a quiet neighborhood. Appreciated the stocked coffee station, extra toilet paper and laundry soap.

House was very clean. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Close enough, 15-20 minutes from Broadway. Reached out to host a couple times and they were very responsive. Hot tub was the highlight!

Great place to stay not far from Nashville.

This house was perfect. Was like a home away from home. Had everything we needed and was pet friendly too. We will definitely look to stay at this location again on future trips to Nashville. It was a short ride via Uber to the Ryman. Neighbors were friendly as well.

Great Location!

The property is located past the airport barely inside Nashville city limits. This helps avoiding much of the traffic yet you are still close to everything. Loved the hot tub, the skeeball downstairs and microphones, the two big television sets. Everything was clean. Really enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Hi we went to Nashville from Chicago for a quick birthday celebration. The house was spacious. Easy to check in and out and amazing location. 20 mins from downtown and easy to navigate to and from downtown Nashville. The house had everything we needed. Very successful trip!

Great Location for Family Gathering!

Perfect location for our family get together. We had family flying in from Europe so being close to the airport was essential. Our party ranged in ages from 0 to 72, and the home met all our needs. The outdoor space and parking was also a bonus. It was also located near many family friendly activities; Nashville Zoo, Pins & Mechanical, Broadway, Topgolf, etc. would recommend for family gatherings!

Nice house

We had a fun weekend at this house. Loved all the games and the hot tub. Good location, close to the airport and downtown Nashville. Cute decorations. Good communication from owners. They let us have late checkout after our flights were delayed.
