We loved this VRBO. The best coffee shop across the street and close to downtown but not too close. The place was beautiful and we enjoyed staying there.

Nice family vacation spot

Great place to stay with a few kids - they loved the triple bunk bed! Convenient on-site parking and quick access to the freeway. Kitchen equipped well enough to handle breakfast for our stay. We really enjoyed it.

Immaculate apartment situated in an adorable neighborhood. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was like a dream after coming home from a sweltering 90 degree concert! Amazing communication with the property owner as well - couldn’t have asked for better!

Great Place!

Loved the ease of communicating with the host and accessing the property. Neat and clean! And plenty of coffee pods-not all hosts are this generous. Being able to do laundry was a blessing! We were close to fun places to eat, have an adult beverage, and explore. Host gave us lots of recommendations which were very much appreciated.

Great location, great property

Such a cute property! I loved having laundry in the apartment, it made traveling with my baby so much easier. Great location, close to downtown Nashville, and my personal favorite D’Andrews Bakery. The neighborhood has a fun vibe, with great restaurants super close. My family and I felt so comfortable with our stay there, if we are back in Nashville we’ll be looking this place up again! Jen answered back to my messages extremely quickly and it was overall just a positive experience.

Roof leaked during a rainstorm the first night. The host was responsive and we realized the entire property is a VRBO, not just the individual unit. Their price detail is very confusing, they are very slow to answer questions when it comes to the money. I've spent a week waiting for an answer, had to call VRBO to get their attention. Hotels are so much easier!!!!I'm done with VRBO!!!!!!

Great condo in Nashville

This was a great little condo for a weekend trip to Nashville with friends. The beds were comfy (and the bunk beds were surprisingly huge). The condo itself is just a quick drive to downtown (maybe 10-15 minutes). We had five people staying in the condo (2 in the main bedroom and 3 in the bunk bed room) and we never felt cramped. The living room had plenty of seating and although we never used the kitchen for cooking, it looked well stocked. I felt very safe in the area as well. Lots of families and people walking their dogs around during the day and pretty quiet at night other than general road noise. It was also nice to have the coffee shop across the street.
