Summary:

This unique Nashville condo is located in a newly-renovated historic building called "The 1865". It used to be an old brick tobacco "barn" that was converted into modern condos! The condo building provides unique amenities such as an outdoor dipping pool with a swim up bar, observation deck, outdoor kitchen, BBQs, firepit, outdoor TV's, and free parking!



The Space:

Perfect for couples, it's ideally located just 2 miles from Downtown Nashville. Explore the rich culture of music at Music Row or the Country Music Hall of Fame or dine out at one of the delicious local restaurants! You'll find everything within walking distance including Midtown, Centennial Park, and Marathon Village. Less than a 10 minute drive away you will find additional attractions in Downtown, The Gulch, and Fifth + Broadway.



The living room features original exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and industrial inspired decor. A bright blue couch that doubles as a sofa sleeper is gathered around a 50“ Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.).



The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, and more to make you feel right at home. Steps away is the dining table for 4.



The bedroom holds a Queen bed, with a 50” Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.). The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo.



This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are available.



Train tracks are located behind the property and passing trains may occasionally be heard. Please note there is ongoing construction next door and noise may be heard during your stay.

Guests have access to an in-house speakeasy in the condo complex.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Communication with the host was excellent. We were grateful to stay here although there were several things that could’ve been better. Unfortunately, the couch, as many have mentioned, is not comfortable and stained, so we watched tv in the bedroom. There were no coffee pods or teabags although there is a Keurig. Finally, the hair dryer was broken. We did hear the folks upstairs walking and vacuuming though this is expected in an apartment and it wasn’t a big deal. The train ran frequently and we missed this in the description. We would be happy to stay here again.

Such a great place, very clean, and convenient to everwhere we wanted to go. Only small drawback is due to the old construction of the building - the ceiling of the unit is the floor of the one above, so footsteps etc of those above are clearly heard. But we would def stay there again!

The host was very proactive and checked in with us to make sure we were taken good care of! The rooms were clean except for the couch has some weird little spots on it and the left arm seemed to be maybe almost on the edge of being broken, but it didn’t bother us because we just chose to avoid it so nothing would break! AC and heating was perfect!

Condo itself is trendy. Definitely not walking distance to broadway. 10-15 Uber ride to broadway. Very nosey property on 1,2 Floors. If you are looking to save money & stay far away from downtown great option. Overall great place to sleep.

Great place to stay just 3 miles from downtown. The speakeasy in the basement was a nice place to wind down after being on the town. Issac was the bartender and is a true mixologist! Note there are no condiments ie; salt pepper etc. So bring your own. Excellent and prompt communications with the host. Highly recommend this location.

Loved renovated building, 1865 club had cool vibe and tasty drinks, small pool but felt great in 95 temps, tiny hard couch NOT comfortable needs replaced plenty of room to do so, sound machine/ fan necessary for train noise behind building, need more than 2 towels for 5 nights, plus side did have laundry in unit!! Location to downtown great!

The property was great and perfect for my husnad, my son and I. Property was clean and within a short drive to Broadway. The only issue we had, was not being notified that maintenance was coming in for some AC work and to check a leak. Came back to the unit and he was there. Very nice gentleman even showed us the work he did. It was nice enjoying the city areas and being ablento come back to what feels like homeWould definitely reccomend to others and would definitely book again next time we are in the area

Cute little apartment

Very clean, safe secure location. The only complaint was that the living room furniture was not comfortable, “fold out couch” was basically a $100 couch from Walmart that laid flat into a twin size bed. Sitting on it was like cardboard and one other tiny chair in the living room. Apartment could use a comfortable living room set and then the apartment would have been perfect. Otherwise it was cute, very clean, stocked well.

Nashville Stay

The property was clean and well stocked with the necessities. The location is great-only a short ride to all the main attractions. They do need to work on the sound proofing as you can hear everything that is going on in the unit above you. Also, they need to get a more comfortable sofa and chair. I've sat in more comfortable furniture in doctor's office waiting rooms. Finally, the property was listed as pet friendly on the Vrbo site but in the email that I received a few days prior to check in, it stated that pets were not allowed. I responded back to the customer service email address as we were already there with our dogs. The issue was never addressed. This discrepancy needs to be resolved for future travelers.

Minor repairs needed

Afternoon the place was great for our stay but be advised a few items need to be looked at. The bathroom door dont latch when closed, the bedroom door rubs on the floor, the pipe in the bathroom ceiling has a small leak onto the bathroom floor. It is something you should look at to preserve the fine unit you are renting out. Also the toilet paper holder should be reversed the roll falls off when you reach for it, and i unblocked the tub the water was going down at a snails pace.Thank you.

Beautiful place

The stay was good. The only thing we had an issue with was there were no extra hand towels and waah cloths. The bath tub also wouldn’t drain right. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and a wonderful apartment. I would definitely stay in this unit again.
