The Space:

Our charming home is one side of a a new duplex build in one of Nashville’s fasting growing neighborhoods, Woodbine! With some of the best local coffee shops (Red Bicycle, Sam & Zoe’s, District, and Tempo - to name a few!) and restaurants , you’ll love the convenience to downtown, but the quiet of the neighborhood. The design of the home features shiplap walls, floral wallpaper, a bright, airy kitchen, and outdoor living space that looks out over tons of green grass and trees with a spacious backyard.

-One bedroom w/Queen bed with a full bathroom

-Open concept kitchen, 50inch TV, and dining room - dining table with seating for 6. Kitchen counter seating for 4.

-Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dish ware, drip coffee maker, Keurig Mini, and mini french press with some coffee beans and a grinder to get your started.

-Living room with a Queen size sleeper sofa.

-2 bedrooms - One with a King bed, the other with a Queen.

-2 bathrooms - One master suite with huge bathroom with double sinks en suite to the King bed bedroom, and another full bathroom next to the 2nd bedroom with the Queen bed.

-Comfortable and stylish living room to hang out in and watch TV on a large screen Smart TV. Netflix, Hulu and other apps can be accessed with own login.

-Washer & Dryer available for guest use.

The Neighborhood:

Woodbine is one of Nashville’s most quaint, hip neighborhoods! Old charm mixed with new construction and development makes for a neighborhood with eclectic personality. You’ll find some of the best ethnic restaurants in Woodbine as well (we love Gojo, La Hacienda, Ginger Thai, and Istanbul). You’ll also love some of the newer restaurants (Vui’s Kitchen, Hugh Baby’s, The Yellow Porch, and Sunflower Cafe). And if you’re looking for coffee and juice shops, this is the place to stay (Sam & Zoe’s, Falcon Coffee, Juice Bar, Red Bicycle, Flatrock, and District). It’s also a great spot for antique shopping (Gas Lamp & Gas Lamp Too) and furniture stores (Nadeau, Southeastern Salvage, and Meridian Home). If the night life is more your scene, you will love all of our local bars (Bastion, Flamingo, Hemingway’s, and more)!

Uber and Lyft are GREAT to use in Nashville. They're always about 2 min. away when you are ready to request, and you can get just about anywhere in Nashville quickly. If you decide to rent a car, the driveway can park only 2 cars in the driveway with NO street parking.

Multi-generational family provided all of us with comfort and great amenities. A record player with classic records. For some it was a visit to the past. For the younger generation it was introduction of classic. The video game console provided a fun tournament. Each bedroom provided its own bathroom and comfortable sleep accommodations. Multiple seating areas and an outdoor with furniture and hot tube. Great way to end the day.Close proximity to the Zoo - a must see, the Titan Stadium, also a must, downtown and the airport.

Long Distance Friends Getaway Trip

Property was as advertised...cute, very clean, quiet and enough room for 3 couples! We enjoyed hanging out around the outdoor firepit in the eve and inside on rainy day morns! Great location between Broadway and Franklin/Brentwood shopping! Perfect for weekend getaways for couples trips!

This place was awesome! We had 3 couples so the 3 bathrooms 3 bedrooms was perfect. The yard was nice we used the jacuzzi every night. The location was great. 15 minutes from anywhere you’d want to go in Nashville was perfect for us as we didn’t want to just see Broadway. We would definitely rent again

The perfect home away from home!

This property is beautifully designed and perfect for a family or group! Our kids loved the arcade console. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus! We’ll definitely stay there again if we are back in Nashville. The hosts were very responsive and super easy to work with.

Great house for a reunion

My friends and I stayed at this property for a reunion and it was perfect for everything we needed. House was very clean, amazing music selection for us to listen to, and the location is just a few minutes from all the bars and restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating and very quick to answer any questions I had. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and would likely stay there again in the future when I travel back to Nashville.

Perfect Stay!

Immediately knew we booked the right property when we opened the door. Beautiful, clean, new interior with all the accoutrements one would expect -- and then some. Efficient check-in-and-out process, with quick communication/response from the host. Hot tub was great! Even with traffic on busy weekend nights, it didn't take long to get anywhere in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Host was great with responding. We did have a major issue on Dec 24 which was not good. Refrig froze up and nobody would come out. Hostess apologized and tried to help, but this set us back A LOT with our dinner and the reason we rented arbb. We did communicate the outside needed care, we did some cleaning up outside from other guests dogs and no care with sweeping etc. The house itself was very nice!

Great stay!

We had a great time during our stay in Nashville. We enjoyed the house a lot and it was roomy and spacious for everyone in our group. My kids loved the books and toys that were provided. The space is very comfortable and clean. We were super close to the city. If you are looking for a place in Nashville this is a great spot. Only thing to note is you should bring some bug spray to enjoy the patio. There is a lot of mosquitos and it’s a great space so you want to make sure you can enjoy it!

Wow!

This was the most well equipped house I've been booked and stayed in. They thought of everything. We had our 10 month old with us and they were equipped with a high chair, a pack and play, and even some toys. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need for a night in. They even have throw blankets to cover up with so you can snuggle on the couch and watch a movie. Everything was so clean and welcoming, the house is just beautiful. The listing is spot on. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Birthday Celebration in Nashville

We recently stayed at this property with three couples to celebrate some milestone birthdays in the group. The house was very clean and it was great to have the three separate large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The hot tub and private backyard were great. We had a great time doing other things in Nashville and also some great times and laughs just hanging out at the house. I would definitely recommend this house to other groups going to visit Nashville!

This Place is Amazing

Where do I start. Location was golden. 15 minutes to Downtown and 15 minutes to Cane Ridge Park where we played softball for 4 days. I think my favorite is the record player and all of the vinyl. We went as far as purchasing a double album and signed it in hopes of starting a new trend for the owners.. The hot tub really helped with picking this place and definitely soaked my sore muscles. The inside and exterior matches the pictures to a tee. There were no misconceptions about this place. We will be coming back...
