Great place for a Nashville weekend. We were worried about one bathroom but the home had so many mirrors, so even with 8 girls we had no issues!

The location was the perfect distance from the university. However, I mentioned to the host the lack of cleanliness in the space. I went out to Walmart to buy pillows, pillowcases, sheets and blankets after we discovered the hair on the pillows and sheets. I am glad I did because the cleansers did not change the bedding. The pillowcase had spots. I suggested to the host to visit the property after the cleaners job is complete to verify they are doing their job.

Great location

Comfortable home close to downtown! Loved that there were four beds for us to have a weekend girls trip. Appreciated the large mirrors in several areas so that we had more space for doing make up since there was just one bathroom. Parking in the driveway is a little tight.

Property was nice. The mattresses had nasty stains we noticed when removing sheets at check out. Also the tv would not stay connected to internet so difficult to keep anything playing for kids to watch. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Quick bday Celebration girls trip

Quick birthday trip, location/neighborgood wasn't the greatest. Beds were comfy. Place was clean. There wasn't any coffee. But the refreshments of water and snacks was appreciated. The air freshners caused headaches but other than that, it was a great memorable trip!

Great location. Good places to walk to and comfortable beds.

Was easy to get in amd out and ubers were wasy to find. Walwd down the street wither way for breat entertainment and food. Definitely enjoywd our stay.

Host is very friendly and willing to help to her capabilities. My husband and I both have CPAP machines. There is only one table between two beds in either room so this had us sleeping in different beds. We had issue with being kicked off the internet regularly so watching any streamed entertainment was difficult. Otherwise we had a good time

Perfect for quick get away

The property is located in a quiet area. It was very clean & welcoming. It was stocked with some basics (outside of usual towels and linens). The neighborhood itself has some great restaurants that are walkable from the property. We loved the Pharmacy Burger Bar (great food & cocktails). The host was responsive. Check in-check out were super simple. About 20 minute Uber ride to Broadway, 12 South, and the airport.

Great location for Broadway vacation

Very clean and loved the fact that they provided make up remover wipes! The only suggestion i have for future guest is the only accessible outlets were hard to find in the bedrooms were behind the mirrors.

Great accommodations and great location

I would highly recommend this property. The location was great within walking distance to great food and brewery, conveniently store, and a short uber ride to either Broadway or the 5 points. The accommodations where great with everything you need from towels to coffee and sugar.
