Inside, original brick walls, high ceilings, and tall arched windows create a bright, inviting atmosphere. Start your stay with a handcrafted cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather around the dining table for six or the island seating five before heading out for a night on the town. After exploring, unwind in the spacious living room with a cozy sofa and armchairs, streaming your favorite shows or take in the stunning views of Cumberland River.

- Stairs required to access bedroom.

- Given that our building has historical significance, dating back to its construction in 1875 as part of a row building, on-site parking is not available. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street. They have a sister site at 310 Commerce Street & you may enter/exit either of them 24/7. Both options are around $40/day.

- Security cameras are located above the front door, as well as in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring these areas for added security.

Absolutely perfect location in Nashville, walked EVERYWHERE! We hit all the bars, the Ryman, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and the Riverfront. Nothing is more than 15 minutes walk away. Even though it’s less than a block off Broadway you don’t hear a thing. The loft itself was gorgeous, well stocked, and super spacious for the four of us. We will definitely be back!

Love the location of this spot..: you can get to all the hot spots quick. The place was super clean and cute but they need to add a fan to the master
 the A/C has a hard time cooling the room at night. (If you like it colder at night) Besides that loved this property!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Historic Nashville Lofts! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the stylish design and spacious layout. The beds were incredibly comfortable—some of the best sleep we've had while traveling. The kitchen was a dream—modern, fully equipped, and perfect for cooking or just enjoying a morning coffee with the stunning views. Having two full bathrooms was such a bonus, making it super convenient for our family. The views from the loft were absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury in the heart of Nashville!

Host canceled on us

We were called by host while boarding airplane to head to Nashville that there was an issue with there rental and they had to cancel on us last minute. We had to scramble on tge plane to find another place to stay. Waiting on refund.
