The Space:
This home is located on a quiet street in the Nations, just a half mile away from Fat Bottom Brewing and one and a half miles from the shops of the Nations; a cutesy neighborhood of Nashville featuring local restaurants and coffee (frothy monkey!) and boutiques.

The home sleeps up to 10 people in total with the tenth either on a couch or air mattress. On the main floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and TV. Upstairs features a primary suite with a king bed, flat screen TV and an ensuite luxury bathroom and private balcony. A third bedroom upstairs is down the hall with a twin over twin bunk and a twin over full bunk. There is a shared third half bathroom in the hallway upstairs.

Our well equipped kitchen has featured kitchen items such as an Air fryer, Insta-pot, and Juicer. If you're looking to cook, you will be able to at our home. Inquire for any specific tool and we can ensure if we have it!

Traveling with little ones or pets? Let us know! We offer amenities such as high chairs and pack n plays. We love pups! There is a $75 fee per pet. Let us know if you plan to bring the furry ones and we will leave some coveted doggy beds out just for them. Sorry folks, no cats are allowed!

Looking to hot tub, grill out, and hang around a fire pit...yes you can do that ALL at our home. We cannot host your party but we can host your mellow group looking to have a cozy haven to return to and enjoy after exploring Music City.

Other Details to Note:
• No Saturday arrival or departures allowed. We typically will have a 2-night minimum on the weekends. Minimum night stays may fluctuate with certain events and holidays.
•We do not provide firewood for the fire pit, but we do provide propane for the grill.
• Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate of other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Please inquire about possible luggage storage options if planning to arrive before 4 pm. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
• Additional Amenities: Air fryer, Insta-pot, Juicer, Keurig coffee maker, blender, cutting boards/knives, mixing bowls/baking essentials, baby gate, cast iron pans, Pack-n-play, folding table and chairs for 8 people, high chair, dog pillows and bowls, dog treat bags, toaster oven, Bluetooth speaker, indoor/outdoor games, indoor and outdoor dishes, Oklahoma Joe BBQ/smoker, meat thermometer, umbrellas, hair dryers, iron/ironing board, upgraded backyard w/fire pit, picnic table, and 4 smart TVs w/streaming.
• Please note the home is NOT handicap friendly. There are two levels and stairs to enter the front door. Not suitable for anyone needing wheelchair accessibility.
