Summary:
Our 3,439 sq ft 2nd floor suite at The Maddox has a modern vibe and is the perfect place for group trips, bachelorette / bachelor parties, corporate retreats, executive getaways, business meetings or special occasions like Birthdays! All with the comforts of home! Every member of your group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located suite. TPAC, Bridgestone Arena, Titans Stadium, The Gulch, and 2nd & Broadway are all within walking distance. The Library Liquor Store is right next to our Lobby entrance (as our guest you will receive a 10% discount on all purchases) and the Taste of NY Pizza is on our ground floor off Church St. If you have a hankering for some sweets or specialty coffees, DâAndrews Bakery & CafĂ© is right across the street.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - itâs a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

The Space:
Our beautifully furnished 3,459 sq feet suite comes with 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Also has its own pool table, cards and board games to keep the party going. All complete with a list of amenities that recognize you for the VIP that you are.

Main entrance at 200 6th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37219
Getting Around:
For those arriving by car, please note that while we do not offer onsite parking, there are three paid parking lots located within a half-block of the property. One lot is directly behind the hotel and another is next to it on the Church St side. You can also use 4th & Commerce, which is 3 blocks away. The apartment's central location in Nashville also makes it easy to explore the city on foot, especially when the weather is pleasant.Motorized scooters and bicycles are also available. You can always take a LYFT, Uber or taxi to locations too far to walk or if the weather is bad. If it is nice outside, Nashville is a great city to walk around in.
Other Things to Note:
There is a downtown grocery store within walking distance called Urban Market or a Whole Foods and Publix, both a mile away.
Interaction with Guests:
The Maddox Hotel Team is available 24/7 via your booking app. We can interact as much or as little as you would like. This is your party!!
