It was a nice and quiet part of town with great access to downtown. Cute condo with great layout. Appreciated the garage for parking. It could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. The fabric bedframe was stained. It did have a nice kitchen

Close to many restaurants

The unit was on two floors with a good sized kitchen and seating area. I liked the refrigerator with one lever for ice and a second lever for water. The bathroom had a nice comfortable tub with lots of hot water and an ample bedroom with a desk that was used for work on Fri! Comfy couch that converted into a bed and a memory foam trundle bed on the downstairs level that I slept very comfortably in. So close to 4 different restaurants-and a short walk to a couple of others that we dined at-great location! Although we didn’t use it, not many places provide a covered garage with a full-sized washer and dryer! Good value and clean!

VRBO vs Hotel Downtown

We debated on staying out a little further or stay downtown and wWe debated whether to stay further out or downtown, and we are very pleased with our decision. Our stay at the Stratton was wonderful! The hosts were prompt in replying to any questions. The property is clean, and the location is incredibly convenient. We will keep this host and VRBO listed in our favorites for next time, and have already shared it with our friends!
