NOTE: This is South Georgia, it's hot and humid in the summer. It's also very rural and wildlife and bugs are plentiful. It's not uncommon to see deer, wild turkey, rabits, and armadillos.

The property is very secluded but a short 6 minute drive to town or a 15 minute bike ride.

Note: This property has a full time staff member that lives on the property in a separate dwelling.

**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.



** We are pet-friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.



**Max occupancy at all times is 2. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.



**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24



**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.



** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring front door, common spaces outside and driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area and no recording takes place.
