This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Positives:LocationSpacious Quick host responseNegatives:Overall very dirty- long dark hair throughout home’s floors, “stuff” stuck on kitchen sink, food in the garbage disposal which probably contributed to all the gnats, A LOT of trash under couches, yellow/brown stains on bedsheets (uncomfortable to sleep on a couple of the beds), disgusting toaster (so much food matter buildup on the inside), moldy shower curtains and tile grout, used Qtips on upstairs bathroom floor. Iron didn’t workTV remote was missing from upstairs tv so we couldn’t even turn it on.Front door didn’t look safe. Significant gap between door frame and actual door. The latch bolt barely reached the strike plate on the frame. We ended up pushing a chair under the door handle.House just looks like it’s not well maintained. There were broken bathroom fixtures or just holes where fixtures once were. Just slapped on some sloppy blotchy paint to improve the look and did some patch work throughout. The house is very dusty. We know it’s impossible to pick up every dust particle but this place had layers of it. I did reach out to host company and they offered to change out a shower curtain but the mold was an issue in 3 bathrooms so we didn’t seethe point. We just took quick showers with out flip flops on and avoided the bottom floor bathroom which was the worst. Host also offered to reimburse for the iron I purchased but we just brought it back it home with us. I was only able to post 3 of 10 pictures
