In our ongoing commitment to enhance your rental experience, we are delighted to introduce a complimentary service to hold your luggage for a designated period. **Subject to Availability** The luggage holding service is available from Monday - Sunday | 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.



❗️Notes to Guests & Important Details:

- Please note this unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building; however, an elevator is available on-site.

- The pool is open seasonally (open March 1 – end of October, 10 am –10 pm, HOA discretion) but may close due to extreme weather. Hours of operation are from 10 am to 10 pm.

- This building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. While this particular unit is located in the front of the building, you may occasionally hear the train if you are out on the balcony or at the pool.

- Our location is in the heart of downtown Nashville, an exciting and growing urban area. Like many downtown environments, guests may encounter typical city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction, as well as see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. While most guests find this to be a vibrant and welcoming area, we understand that urban settings are not for everyone. We do not recommend staying in Downtown Nashville if this is something you are sensitive to.  It is important to note that Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security. 

- We manage multiple units within this building, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. While all units maintain a consistent standard quality, sizes and décor vary. If the unit you are viewing is not the best fit for your stay, let us know, and we will help you find one that better suits your group. 

- Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code, including the communal door code that will work for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The Latch app is required for use during your stay.

- The Complimentary Beverage Station is a shared community amenity maintained by the HOA. Availability may vary, and occasional downtime for servicing or maintenance may occur without notice.

We did not know that it was 2 different units pictures made it look like it was one unit. Also, sheets were dirty in one of the rooms.

Girls weekend, super cute place!

This place was sooooo cute, great decor and spacious! It was perfect for a girls weekend in Nashville! The pool was nice, great vibes. Host was extremely responsive whenever we had a question! Close enough to broadway to walk however, I would suggest not walking alone in this area, especially at night. Overall, I would definitely book again!

Great location lacks amenities!

This property is in a convenient location but lacks basic amenities. They give you barely any toilet paper, soap, etc. to get through the first day. Towels are old and there were only two per bathroom for the whole stay with no refresh during the stay.

Stay was just ok. The units were separate from each other which was difficult to understand from the pictures. We thought they were side by side or connected by a door but there were multiple units in between the two which made it hard for our group to be together. The pool was much smaller than it appeared. The location was further from broadway than advertised and there were many, many homeless on the street and around the building. We didn’t really feel safe walking around by ourselves so we ended up ubering more than we wanted and used the electric scooters to get around which added extra cost. The rooms weren’t exactly clean and we only had two towels total per person for our stay so we had to do laundry while we were there. I never leave bad reviews, and this wasn’t terrible, but I was less than impressed for the price. We won’t stay here again.

Nice but several significant concerns

Pros- new modern facility, roomy and nice furnishingsNegatives* Not a 5 bedroom rental. 2 disconnected separate units, one 3 bedroom, one two bedroom. No way 16 person unit..* sign-up and verification process lengthy and cumbersome. Multiple steps and uploads required. Time consuming and aggravating.* requested and paid for early Noon check-in. Request approved. Later revoked. Still awaiting return of early check-in payment.* Rental required download of "Latch" app to get electronic access to property. Multiple complicated, detailed emails regarding system. No ability to get Latch account until Mgmt company sent "invite". No invite sent until afternoon and then only when I reached out to them. Clunky process - no local reps available to assist.* When we finally gained access at 4:00pm both units were a mess. Garbage on floors, beds unmade, no towels and both in a general state of distress. Cleaners eventually arrived but did not finish cleaning until after 6:00pm.*Property location is moderately sketchy. in an Industrial area with multiple homeless shelters as neighbors. Closest supermarket is over mile away. Broadway also a mile away. There are several bars a nearby.*Apartment is 10-25 feet from freight railway tracks. Unit is very noisy with lengthy freight trains passing throughout the day and night.
