Newly Renovated March 2025!! Roof top views of downtown Nashville and close to the heart of the action! 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. New construction. Light, modern, and airy! Perfect for a fun getaway or business travel! Walk to the Gulch!



The Space:

We love living in Nashville and are thrilled to have a modern, comfortable home for others to use while they enjoy and explore the city! My goal is to provide an amazing space that will make your trip to Nashville unforgettable!

The space is open and inviting, with lots of room to be comfortable. Our space is perfect for large groups. With full bathrooms in each bedroom there is plenty of room for a large to get ready for a night out on the town!

The home offers upscale amenities such a gas range and fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, smart TVs in the living space and bedrooms, large closets, and much more. The rooftop views offer a stunning vista of Nashville and you can see how close you are to all the action!

We have a 2 night minimum reservation and we require a Friday and Saturday night reservation on the weekends.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Enjoyed this location, very convenient to the grocery store, Gulch, Broadway. Able to use Uber/Lift for low cost. Plenty of sleeping space, lacking a full body mirror, but really great that each bedroom had it's own bathroom.

Shower floor in bedroom upstairs facing the street has substantial wear and a leaking shower head. In the same bathroom the left sink is on the verge of clogging.Entry door combination lock was malfunctioning upon arrival. It was repaired the following day. I would have appreciated instructions prior to arrival. The link provided by VRBO only asked if I had a question and gave no instructions, not even the combination to the entry lock.

The price we paid for a midweek stay was amazing. That is what brought us to the property. Initial communication with the owners was very clear, easy email and arrival directions were good. Upon arrival, the property appeared well used. It needs a little TLC to fix it up but you could tell this was a fun party property. We were using it for a family of 6, so it worked out really well. Rooms were clean, each of the many beds had their own towels etc. and the rooftop was really enjoyable when it wasnt so hot out in the evening or for a morning coffee. Perhaps the best part about the stay was that I notified the owner that we did not have enough forks for the stay (but could make due with some plastic ones we purchased) and the next morning a delivery driver arrived with 2 dozen new forks. This a great example of the response time as well as the appropriate response to our small inconvenience, which was very much appreciated and shows the care of the owner to ensure a good stay of their guest.

Very Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend

We booked this property through VRBO for a three-night stay after a red-eye flight to Nashville, specifically so we could go straight to the rental and let our kids rest. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the property upon arrival because the entry code didn’t work, and Trevor, our supposed co-host, never responded to any of our calls or messages.After waiting for hours at a nearby grocery store, I had to contact VRBO support, as neither host was communicating. Eventually Chris sent a working code, but he showed no awareness of or concern for the inconvenience we had already experienced.When we finally entered the unit, it was in very poor condition. The property was dirty, with broken items including a bunk bed, towel holder, and lamp. My mother-in-law found wadded-up toilet paper under her bed, and there was a beer can in the rooftop fire pit, which didn’t even work.After our stay, I reached out to Chris again to ask whether any credit would be offered for the hours we were unable to access the property. He never responded and completely ignored my messages.The lack of communication, cleanliness, and accountability made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend renting from Nash Properties.

Annual friends get together

We had a group of 8 and the place exceeded expectations for our group. It was clean and well stocked with the basics. The rooftop patio had great views, a nice firepit and plenty of comfortable seating. The overall size was perfect. The location was great as well. Chris was responsive when we had a couple of questions. It's close to many restaurants and only a short Uber ride to Broadway. We would rent again for sure!

What a wonderful location for our big group of friends to enjoy all that Nashville has to offer. Very tidy and spacious, kitchen has all the amenities that you need. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!
