We are a short $5-10 Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, Broadway, Demonbreun St., Bridgestone Arena, & Nissan Stadium. We are only 1.5 miles from the new Top Golf!



The Space:

This home is brand new, newly furnished, four story, four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home. Every item in the house is brand new. Views from the rooftop are amazing!

Each of the 4 bedroom features beds ranging from full to king. There are additional sleeping options in the spacious living room as well as fold away sleeper chairs, futons, and air mattresses.



There are 3 full bathrooms and one half bath. In addition to the huge walk in shower and a huge double vanity so they are perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town! There is also a bathroom with a tiled shower and tub surround.



The welcoming tall ceilings and abundance of natural light, along with super spacious open floor plans, will help your group feel the perfect balance of privacy and community with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen area features both barstool seating as well as a dining room table.



We have a mounted 80” TV with cable in the living room and 50-60" TVs in all of the bedrooms.



Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, storage containers, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews! Uber eats, door dash and Postmates are all popular food delivery apps.



Towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, washer and dryer (including detergent), Wi-Fi, cable, and many more amenities are all provided.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
