Our home is a gorgeous two-story build in hip East Nashville. This three bedroom beauty has plenty of space for you to spread out and enjoy your vacation. The main floor is also spacious with sleek new appliances. Brand New 7 person Hot Tub in our amazing backyard space! We are conveniently located near the Music City Convention Center, Nissan Stadium, and Bridgestone Arena

DISCLAIMER:

-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.

-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.

-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.

-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.

-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.



**There is an additional $400 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.**



-There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house and PLEASE clean up any mess.



- We are a Pet Free property. We and other guests have severe pet allergies and we want to keep this property pet free.



-NO major parties. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for (no more than 10).



-Decorations: Please NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls due to your decorations may result in being charged.



-Please leave the house in the condition it was when you arrived, or better! THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS. The cleaning fee covers the expense of hiring our awesome cleaner to wash all of the linens, clean the kitchen, bathrooms, & living areas, dust, and general up-keep of the home. It does not include cleaning up after any disrespectful messes left behind. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in the welcome book. If you follow those, you’ll be in good shape!



-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of deposit. We are reasonable homeowners and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property.



-RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. We ask that you respect our neighbors and neighborhood by keeping your exterior noise level down during your stay.



EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:

Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes.



The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.



LUGGAGE DROP OFF:

While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact LuggageHero.



The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform.



Guest Access:

Kick back, relax, and get comfortable! You’re always renting the Entire

Home. You’ll have the place all to yourself and feel like you're at your home away from home!



The Neighborhood:

We are walking distance to some of East Nashville's hippest hangouts like The Fox, Martha My Dear, TigerBar, and Elegy Coffee House. Music lovers won't want to miss the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum as well as Ryman Auditorium, located only 4 miles from the house. Football fans can head to Nissan stadium (home of the Tennessee Titans), only 3 miles away. Five Points (Restaurants, Shops + Cafes) is less than 2 miles away. A short ride to the Grand Ole Opry and Opryland Hotel. No matter where you want to go in or around Nashville, this house will serve as a perfect base for your explorations. Interstate access is just blocks away and can get you most places (including the airport) in 15 minutes or less! For those without a car, Ubers and Lyfts are abundant (and cheap!) and can take you anywhere you’d care to go.

In order to keep Hot Tub from malfunctioning, please agree to this before booking.

1 - Keep lid on when not in use

2 - Keep temp 96-98

3 - Do not turn off breaker



-Guests staying longer than 3 weeks will incur an additional cleaning fee.



-ONLY registered guests allowed in building/unit.



Interaction with Guests:

Your host won't be on the property but they'll be available for anything you need during your stay.



You will have a detailed digital guest book with tips on how to work the TVs, trash, check-out instructions, and it also includes favorite spots in Nashville!
