This 1BR, 1BA apartment is in a charming home built in 1920 and located in the heart of 12 South, steps away from many of the city`s best restaurants & boutique shopping. It is a private unit with a full kitchen, bath, and backyard - all yours! The only shared space is the walkway up to the front door.
This is a perfect stay for couples in town for a relaxing weekend, professionals here for work, or parents visiting students at the nearby Vanderbilt, Belmont or Lipscomb campuses.
This is a one-of-a-kind, private unit on the first floor of a larger home that is occupied by the homeowner (me!), my husband, and my dog.
The space includes two queen size beds - one in the bedroom, one pullout couch in the living room.
The unit has been furnished and decorated with love and is perfect for anyone who is looking for a space with beautiful exposed brick, slightly uneven wood floors and plenty of character.
There is a pet fee associated for those who bring pets. The owner has a dog of their own so please let us know if you bring you one :)

To keep the property comfy and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few quick guidelines:
Oops moments happen! If thereâs any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), thereâs a minimum $150 cleaning fee.
No smoking indoors đ: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.
Treat the space with care đĄ: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.
We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as weâre unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.

We provide a small starter set of essentials to get yâall going:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
2 rolls of paper towels
1 cleaning sponge
1 travel-size bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K-cups or a small bag of coffee grounds â
