Your very own Speak Easy in the heart of East Nashville. This part of town is a trendy & eclectic area, made popular by our local musicians, fashionistas & foodies! It features countless restaurants, coffee shops & music venues right on your doorstep.
Just 5-10mins from Broadway & downtown, this 3-bedroom home features 7 queen/double beds, sleeps 10 people, has a private fenced-in yard, Hot tub to soak in, fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, outdoor fire pit & of course a hidden door Speak Easy!
The space
The home is located in an area dubbed by locals as "East Nashville" is an urban trendy & eclectic part of town, made popular by our local musicians and foodies. With plenty of walkable things to do and see, it is also just a short 5-10 minute Uber to Broadway, The Titan’s Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena (home of The Nashville Predators), Top Golf, The Riverfront and more…
Unlike the 3 story homes in Nashville, this building has a true home feel to it. An original cottage on a historical street, with a cozy fenced-in back yard. Gather around the fire pit or relax in the hot tub. A quick walk will get you coffee shops, restaurants & even an ice cream parlor.

On the main level, we feature 2 spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom, relaxing living room, fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar & the infamous hidden speak easy hangout. You also have direct access to our fenced-in back yard where you can enjoy the quiet of the evening around the firepit.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and sleeps up to (2 people).

Bedroom #2 has a queen bunk bed, with a queen trundle underneath. That’s 3 queen sized beds that sleep up to (6 people).

The living Room has a queen sleeper sofa that can sleep up to (2 people)
The main level has the shower/tub combo bath.

Finally, upstairs features a large bedroom area and a full bathroom. This room has 2 double beds that sleep up to (4 people).
The upstairs has its own bathroom with walk in shower.

In summary, we have a total of 7 beds, all of which are queen or double in size. We allow a maximum of 10 guests to stay in our home at any given time, and thanks to the variety of beds to choose from, theoretically it could accommodate 14, so hosting 10 or less feels spacious and relaxing for your stay.

We always encourage guests to utilize Nashville’s ride share options when visiting this wonderful city as it makes getting to and from the airport and navigating around town very easy.
However, if you decide to drive here, we can accommodate for 2 vehicles to the rear of the home within our fence. Additional parking beyond this is scarce so we don’t recommend groups with more than 2 vehicles.
