Haven- Private Suite Retreat in South Nashville

Recently renovated private suite with separate entrance. Centrally located between Nashville and Franklin. Quiet street just 1 mile from beautiful walking trail. Easy access to I-65 and I-24 (3 miles).
The space
I worked with a local designer to make the suite feel welcoming and unique. I hope you feel at home and welcome any feedback for improving the space.
Guest access
Your suite is attached to the home, and you will have your own private entry via a door with an electronic entry code unique to each guest.
Other things to note
The whole suite is yours! It is attached to the main house but does not have access to the full home; the suite has a private entrance and it's own amenities. I'm always hoping to make the space as welcoming as possible. Please feel free to let me know what details you'd like to see.

We do not allow rescheduling reservations once they’re within the cancellation period. We strongly encourage travel insurance to cover emergencies.
We have a security camera located at the entry door to the suite as well as at the owners’ door on the property. They will be on during the stay.

Single Room

Well-groomed property and neighborhood. The room was very clean, tidy - tastefully decorated with vintage furniture. The room is part of the family home. The listing was accurate but feel should include room size - was expecting it to be more spacious. It was also further to where we met with family than we were anticipating - BUT that’s on me. Should have communicated more with owner before reserving. Would recommend just not a fit for us

Cozy escape between active days

I loved coming back to this clean, quiet and well appointed abode after active days with my grandchildren and family. Location offers back roads as well as interstate access, and an easy morning walk at Radner Lake. Bed: great. Wifi connection: strong - I was able to do Zoom work smoothly. I even felt safe when the sirens woke us up during the storms! Amy has an eye for details and it shows.

Cute & quiet

We really enjoyed our stay. Short drive from all the places we wanted to visit. It’s located in a Cul de sac of a quiet neighborhood, which was a nice way to recoup from all the noise from Broadway. Great place to stay if you need don’t require much space. We’d definitely stay again!

Home Away from Home

Our first VRBO experience and it was amazing....good bye hotels. We really felt safe and comfortable here. The bed was so comfortable, it was quiet and in a well kept neighborhood. Pictures and description were spot on.

College Drop Off

Perfect for an overnight stay or 2 when dropping my child off to college. Private driveway for car full of luggage. I didn't need anything fancy since most of my time was helping my child get her college dorm set up. Perfect room for sleeping, showering & then headed back to the dorm to make sure all is complete before flying home.

Cozy Studio Close to Downtown

The "Haven" is a wonderful, cozy, quiet suite within a few minutes' drive to downtown Nashville. The host was friendly and quick to respond to questions, providing us with information regarding best restaurants and places to park downtown. We will definitely stay again when we return to Nashville.

Awesome couple's getaway

Perfect retreat if you aren't into the craziness of downtown, but close enough to downtown that you can still go and have fun. Amazing property that is perfect for a couple's getaway. Everything about this was perfect. The host was impeccable and helpful in answering my questions and even checked in on us as we were leaving to make sure we had a great stay.

Perfect space

My boyfriend and I came to Nashville for the weekend to visit family, see a Titans game, the Christmas lights at Opryland and hit a sports bar on Broadway. The location was close, about a $15 Uber ride to broadway and $30 back. The room was so cute, bed comfy, bathroom was spacious, everything we needed was there. Definitely would love to stay again. Thank you Amy for opening your home to us!
