Our comfy, cozy condo is located in the heart of downtown Nashville. You`ll feel like a local by being close to all the local Nashville neighborhoods, such as Downtown, E Nashville, and Germantown. Enjoy amenities like our on-site gym, seasonally opened pool, free covered parking, and being just minutes away from everything Nashville has to offer.
Our home has a single bedroom with a desk perfect for getting ready or working and a balcony with breathtaking views of the Cumberland River. Plus, you can walk to Nissan Stadium, Broadway, or Germantown!
This condo is perfect for couples or small groups wanting to be close to all the action Nashville offer.

Located between Downtown and Nashville`s growing Germantown neighborhood, we have free parking for 2 vehicles. In addition, you are a short Uber or Lyft ride downtown.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $40 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
