Wonderful time

We had a great time!!! The house was great and we had a really fun time at the pool. Great location to downtown without all the noise of being downtown. The only few things were we ran out of toilet paper at the end and couldn’t find anymore. Would also be great to add in more towels for shower use and hand towels. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Pros-This property overall was great! Great location, Ubers were fairly cheap from here..it’s about 20 minutes from downtown and Uber rates ran about 24-28$. Came with a good startup of supplies, coffee pods of coffee/tea. Little bar area with ice maker and wine chiller. Love the kitchen it was nice and roomy! Updated appliances. Lots of linens for all the sleeping spaces that came along in the den or game room. Had a full sleeping sofa and a twin sleeping sofa. Cons- The biggest con is that there was a audio/recoding camera located in the main living room. Upon reading Vrbo renters policy, they do not allow recording devices inside the rental homes. However I did not see any mention of recording device on the inside. I immediately contacted host, she was quick to respond, and assured us that it was not recording and no one had access to it but her. Upon mentioning Vrbos policy, She stated she had been in contact with Vrbo and they said she could have them on the inside as long as she mentioned in description. us ladies found it a bit off putting and made us uncomfortable knowing that we were/could be being watched and listened too. Pool wasn’t the cleanest.electric recliners but didn’t recline, plugs were removed from them.The rule book was a lengthy with crazy fees for blocking camera and moving furniture etc. I’m sure when renting, anything is possible so understand to extent on some rules. Overall great stay and would stay again

Amazing Home - Would Stay Again!

The property & home was beautiful and just as described in the listing. The pictures don't quite do it justice. The owner was wonderful & answered all our questions. She recommended a local grocery store which was nearby, easy to find & had everything you might need. Arriving in October the pool was closed for the season, but the rest of the outdoor space was gorgeous and relaxing. Couldn't ask for anything better!

Clean & Safe Area

This house was very clean and the perfect size for my girls trip! We had plenty of space and the house is in a very nice and safe area! We went downtown and the drive was quick and easy. Walmart and other stores within about 10-15mins of the house and easy access to 65.

Girls weekend

We went for a girls weekend to celebrate a 40th birthday. Everything was just as stated in the description & plenty of room for all six of us. . It was close to the downtown area. The POOL was AMAZING & we spend quite a bit of time using the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip

Wonderful experience! The house and pool are just beautiful. We enjoyed wine, games and some classic TV laughs. There aren’t many food or entertainment places nearby, but access to the highway was easy. Overall great vacation! Thanks so much!

Perfect for a big group

There were 8 of us, so I was nervous with only 2 bedrooms, but therasia makes sure everyone is accommodated. From extra mattresses to pull out sofas, everyone was very comfortable where they slept. She is also VERY quick to respond, which is amazing. There was a problem with the heater the last night we were there and I let her know and she responded super quick that she would get that checked on. The place was very clean, even had a lot of sanitizer everywhere with COVID precautions. The outdoor bathroom by the pool is genius. There’s also a long driveway, perfect for plenty of cars

Amazing Bachelorette Party

Our group stayed this past weekend for a bachelorette party and I am so happy we did. The host was super quick to get back to us every time I contacted her leading up to the date. The house was beautiful and felt very homey and clean. The pool was absolutely amazing! Short Uber ride to downtown Nashville. 10/10 experience. I would definitely stay there again!

Great weekend

We all had an amazing time and would certainly return. The home was so clean and inviting. The pool was an amazing amenity! The owner was great when we had to call due to a door that was hard for us to open. We were afraid to break it but all we had to do was pull a little harder. Overall it was an amazing weekend and we would return for sure.
