Private Studio apartment located in a safe & peaceful East Nashville neighborhood. This unique property is quiet, yet minutes from dozens of East Nashville restaurants, coffee shops and bars, as well as 10 minutes from downtown Nashville.

*Grand Ole Opry – 10 mins
*Bridgestone Arena – 12 mins
*GEODIS Park (Nashville SC Soccer Stadium) - 15 mins

You will have keyless entry with a private entrance & driveway as well as your own private fenced-in yard that your furry friends will love!

We live upstairs and are so excited to welcome you!!

We live a quiet lifestyle and we've done our best to soundproof but it is an older East Nashville home with wood flooring so you will inevitably hear some footsteps or our 2 dogs being dogs.
A sound machine will be provided just in case!

The bathroom has a ceiling clearance of 6’5”. This may be a challenge for taller guests. There are 2 steps into the bathroom.

We will most likely be on the property during your stay and we are available for anything you may need. We can easily be reached via text or through the VRBO app

First, we received an incorrect entry code (twice) . We'd traveled all day, so frustrating we could get in immediately and not certain we could reach our host to help.We almost left. Eventually the problem was remedied. We intended to use the pullout as the second bed, but found it awkward. and heavy. We would have to go into an under the stairs closet space to find sheets and pillows stored in plastic zippered bags. Way too much work. The main bed was small for two people and the bedside light had the brightness of a nightlight. No light or nightstand on the other side. If you need the bathroom in the middle of the night...beware of the pole in the middle of the room. You really need a flashlight to make your way safely. Next...the bathroom. Two steps up so a bit awkward and a bit dangerous. The bathroom was very clean and water hot for the shower. If you are a large person it will be a tight fit. The sofa bed did have an odor and in our opinion needs to be replaced or refreshed. The kitchen area was very clean and adequately supplied. The water, snacks, coffee pods and wine a nice touch. We understand the owner will give us a rating too. Interesting it's only after we give ours. Hummm.

We had an amazing time in Nashville! the only reason why i give 4 stars for location would be if you wanted to be able to walk to downtown. we took ubers and lyfts which could get pricey. Although the property was clean and had everything you could need even including a little gift basket with some chips, water and wine! Towels and sheets were so conveniently included! They even had coffee which my best friend loved!! From the makeup remover cloths to the q-tips in the bathroom this place was the perfect size for the two of us!

This was a pleasant beautiful neighbourhood real close to Broadway by car/ uber. The Airb&b was lovely every thing we needed for a weeks stay . We were out a fair bit so it was nice to come back at the end of the day to a lovely clean comfortable bed. The info on the fridge was much appreciated x

Loved it!

I needed to travel for a week with my terminally ill dog. I was helping my daughter and her family get ready for an event at her home. I did not want to board my dog. This place was an answer to my prayers. I appreciated the private fenced yard and clean, pet friendly atmosphere. I will stay there again! Host was very accessible and responsive.
