* Security Cameras are on the exterior of the property for your protection and ours. Footage is held by a 3rd party and is only reviewed if there is reason. There are no cameras inside of the home.

• All properties are contactless checkin. All check-ins begin at 4 PM unless otherwise approved in writing. Edits made to an earlier time do not override this policy.

• Late arrivals after 8 PM are still welcome, but live assistance may be limited.

• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 3% processing fee. This does not apply to HVMB reservations.

• You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.

* Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.

Please note: The garage will be locked during your stay and is unavailable for guest use as it is used for storage. We may need to quietly access the garage during your stay but will always reach out to let you know before we do. You can park 2 cars in the driveway and plenty of street parking directly in front of the home
